Hi all, I shot a video focus on the new features of the Nature UX 2 on the Samsung Galaxy S4.
Thanks to the new sensors introduced and the ultra sensible display, the Samsung Galaxy S4 is enriched by many new capabilities.
IMHO maybe these new features are way too much, and, most of all, not every one of them it's really that useful in everyday life.
What do you think about it?!

Well s4 has a way better processor and camera about touch screen or ram or something I don't know but is the European version made yet?

I am too in dilemma -
I found out the information that might help you choose the phone.
Galaxy s3 - LACKS FEATURES OF GS4: ( international versions)
IR sensor
Air gestures
Full Hd display
1 gb less ram
150 ppi pixel density difference
13 mp cam in s4, 8 in s3
Gpu powervx vs mali 400
Thats it - covers most of features.
My self planning for GS3 because:
-Small 0.2" difference in screen size
- I Use Hd - 720p movie at no need for 1080p display
-1 gb ram is enough - multi Window works flawlessly
-camera is awesome
-more cm support currently
Only I will miss 441ppi in s3
Further with 4.3 update sources says
It will include - smart Pause, smart scroll in s3
Also the camera features.

Most definitively the Note. Samsung's Note tablets are their premium class ones. The Tab tablets are the middle-to-low range ones (and really aren't great at all).

You'll notice that the Note 10.1 2014 Edition far outshines the latest Tab 3. It has a far better processor, has better battery life, a far better screen, a better camera, offers premium software not available in the Tab, and of course, has the fantastic S-pen that everyone raves about. It also has better long-term use, as Samsung updates its flagship models far more often than their non-flagship models.
If you want the best Android tablet (and arguably the best tablet in general), the Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition is hands-down the one for you.
If you're looking for a middle-to-low end device, I would not recommend a Galaxy Tab but rather something from another company.
If you don't care for S-pen features, and just want a tablet for entertainment, running stock android, then I'd recommend a Nexus - either the 7" or the upcoming 10" tablet.

now we have kitkat can someone port some features from note 10.1 2014 (launcher, weather widget, air commands, anything else ) to our Note 10.1 ?

If we get these things ported at all, it will take time. Unfortunately, Touchwiz (the Samsung overlay on android that makes all of these features work) is completely closed source. This makes adding/porting features quite difficult. Basically, the developers here on XDA are amazing and continue to impress me daily, but I wouldn't hold my breathe for features to be ported from one device to another. Who knows though; maybe some great developer will prove me wrong.
