This is my S4 message theme for the S3. It uses the vrtheme engine and should work on all us carriers of the phone running 4.1.2 jellybean. Was made for the Verizon version so if using on other versions be sure and make a backup before you test. Anyone can use parts of all of the theme for roms and whatnot just shoot me some credit for it, as it took a lot of time to re-size all the draw9 pngs for the message bubbles to work on the s3. It includes all the new bubbles and backgrounds from the s4. Just flash in recovery and reboot.
Just flashed on stock 4.1.2 with twrp, works great.

Here is a version that should work for your Tmobile. Please test and let know how it works so I can add to OP. Sorry for the delay on this fix, been playing with my S4 so kinda forgot.

I just installed that ROM, Imight give it a go. Even though I like AxisM's version of MMS.
I recall reading that to have aosp mms these files get removed
mmssms.db
mmssms.db-shm
mmssms.db-wal
So... If adding stock touchwiz mms back, these may be needed. ..

Incorrect, I had it on my RAZR. All you have to do is install the app.I just pulled it from a synergy zip I had and made a test call and it worked. And I am in the latest cm10 nightly

Actually S Voice does a little more but Google Now is more responsive but yea S Voice should work no problems on CM10

In preparing my upcoming ROM, I was trying to stop the stock TouchWiz launcher from lagging when you exit out of an app and then scroll to another page. Anyway, I believe I found the culprit in Workspace.smali, and was wondering if I could get a few people to test out a modded TW launcher APK and (hopefully) confirm that this is, in fact, working, and is not some freak of my phone/ROM. Of course, any reports of unwanted behavior as a result of installing the mod would be great, as well. I have been using for a few hours and all is good here.
This is for VRALG1 based deodexed ROMs only. It is competely stock, except for the mod described above and some PNG optimization. If your ROM has a modded/themed Touchwiz launcher, this will remove any such mods or theming!!! It will also remove some widgets...Please make a NANDROID BACKUP and backup your sec.launcher2.apk in /system/app before trying this out!!! If you do not know what this means, please, please do not try this. As usual, you are testing this mod at you own risk, and I can't be responsible for anything that may happen to you, your device or others as a result of trying this mod.
Anyway, push the attached apk to /system/app (or copy with root explorer, etc.) and you should be good to go. I didn't need to reboot, but you can if you want. Should be no need to set permissions, but you may want to set them if you wish (again, if you don't understand this, don't try it!).
Scott- if you want to odex this so users of your ROM can test, feel free to post in the thread.
Mods - If this post is redundant (I searched all over, but didn't see it), please let me know...

I am working on a new version that, hopefully, will fix the issue with the gmail and samsung mail widgets redrawing on app close, which is the only thing preventing this from working 100%. I will odex that one when done. I hope to have it done tomorrow...

The latest verizon OTA to 4.1.2 has working group messaging with iPhones! Not like it was before but actual threaded group messaging !:good::good:

Don't worry about looking for a port. I have tmobile S3 but it shouldn't matter, follow the link below and enable group messaging among other things. I did it last night and it works. Don't forget to thank the developer.

I am on stock rooted 4.1.2 an right now and group messages are threaded, but I cannot see who they are from. In the screen shot in this thread it has the names next to it. Is that screens shot from an s3?

Just install it like a normal APK, replace the existing S-Voice if prompted. May want to do a Nandroid prior to trying this. I have only tried this on JB, probably WILL NOT work on ICS!

I just installed it like a regular apk. So far its got a few more settings and a different ui look to it. Has a built in driving mode that you can activate.

I have. It works. Animation hangs a little on the mic button but ither than that works fine. Havent fiddled with all the settings but so far just an update to the stock one we already had

I don't know. That is NK4, so it might. My launcher from NK2 works on NK4. Do a backup and give it a try.
I installed these inverted apps on my stock rooted note 4. Awesome! !! I tend to be a very big fan of the inverted apps. . Hate all the white.. any chance in getting the email app inverted? Maybe dark grey for unread emails and black for already viewed emails? ??

Call recording is enabled. Try Re downloading and reinstalling. There must have been an issue somewhere in the process because settings should work fine.

I just redownloaded..reinstalled. .did not work. I also installed the mms fix too..could that be the issue? It also broke some toggles. .wifi and Bluetooth not working from toggles. Although hotspot still seems to be working.
