The ICS animations for jellybean are in ROM toolbox pro if you want them. .

Every time I try to apply them on my galaxy nexus or my nexus 7 I just causes a boot loop stuck on the boot animation. Gnex is on cm10 and the nexus 7 is on paranoid android

So right now I'm running AOKP 4.2.1 with kt747 and AOKP allows me flash a zip to change the boot up animation, I want the pure Google aosp animation, does anyone know how I can get it as a zip?

No and no unfortunately. Only way is to root, unlock, and flash a ROM that has it included. Galaxy Mod, synergy for example.
