trying to help find out how to update my brothers DoCoMo Toshiba regza t-01d.
with his phone not sure what to do and what rom can be used or if it matters.
i'm not familer with this type of phone.
I've done my phone sgs2 which was pretty easy on the forums here.
I used search didn't really find anything
any help or idea's would be awesome. thanks

Hi, I've tried looking on the forum and all over the web. I have a program that supposed to unlock it but I think it's not working because I havn't upgraded the firmware on the phone.
Does anyone have any idea how to unlock it ?

i have searched through the forum for ths particular problem and all threads give same unhelpful answer.Go to eBay and and buy unlock code". I own a telus network locked optimus one p500h rooted and costom rom up. i previously owned a Samsung galaxy gi purchased locked to bell mobility canada. I know and everyone else knows that the devs on this site are ridiculously brilliant in what they do, so why hasnt anyone came up with a mod to get the unlock code for a device as popular or as supported in every other way as this? The gio isnt special minus its 800 mhz cpu and being samsung. the dev in that forum used some sort of adb shell to create a img file and opened it with a hex editor and voila extracted the unlock code. Im sure creating a custom rom is way more difficult. Please someone look into this. Thanks.

The method for Gio works perfectly! I wish someone who really understands this things would find the equivalent for Optimus...
Hi i recently got a toshiba tablet and wooed like to get a dif android OS and get it rooted but im a noob in tablets and im not sure how it works if i can use any rom or if i nead drives etc. The model is a Toshiba AT10-A-104 whit a Nvidia Tegra possessor.

Hello all,
I recently bought a OUKI OKU 1 from a friend of mine, and it has android 4.2.2 on it and ofcourse it's locked and ofcourse no updates.....
It seems like the internet is almost unknown with this device, i can't really find anythig how to unlock this thing...
is anyone familiar with this phone?

I'be been researching the benefits of rooting android devices for a while now and have finally decided to try it, I have a Samsung galaxy s5 and a cheap android tablet branded as "laser" (model number: MID-742) I am going to attempt rooting my tablet before I try my phone just so I can familiarize myself with the process. The problem I'm currently facing is that I'm unable to find any info on how to root this tablet, I've tried searching xda and Google for the make, model number, build number and haven't been able to find any recent proper way to root it. If someone could help me out I'd really appreciate it.
