I have stock JB on p6210. I used to have a p3113 gtab 2 7.0 and on that device (with JB) I was able to set video recording quality to normal fine and superfine but JB on the plus seems to lack that option. Is there anyway to get this option back? I just basically want smaller files when recording with video and lgcamera's interface is abysmal
Thanks

Nah I have that. It was called something like Quality. And the options were Superfine Fine and Normal.
Otherwise the video files are way bigger than I was used to when using the 'Normal' quality option with the tab2. They seem to have omitted it on this tab

If Size is your problem n u r OK with compromising on Quality, u can reduce the resolution (Go to Camera>Video>Setting>Resolution). Lower Resolution means lower Size (n of course lower Quality)

Is the Xoom suppose to output 1080p? Because I bought an Micro-HDMI to a HDMI cable and it only outputs 720p to my TV.
Edit..... Nevermind I got my answer...

I hate when people do that. What is the answer?
From Motorola.com.
Motorola XOOM - HDMI
You can snap photos and capture videos, then sit back and enjoy them on your home HDTV flat screen. Your tablet’s HDMI port lets you connect it to other HDMI devices.

Note: Motorola XOOM will play 1080p HD videos but the display is optimized for 720p. The HDMI output will be in 720p when connecting to a dispay or television when playing a 1080p video.
So, no 1080p output?

It only outputs 720p and if your wondering about sound, that also is outputted. The nice thing about the video out is that it fits perfectly on your widescreen TV/Projector. Also the taskbar on the bottom is not displayed on the video out so you have the full screen experience.
Is the Transformer this way too?

Just my two cents, but I think I read somewhere (a while ago, no link) that the tegra two can't quite support it yet. But I could be very far off.

Okay, usually I don't take photos with my mobile, I'd rather choose a DSLR because of the better quality. Anyways, here is one I've taken. The phone was running MIUI v9 (as far as I know). I used the MIUI Camera App Port from the i9003 Themes and Apps section. 5MP, exposition -2. Not the best photo I have taken, but quite ok and the quality is ok for a mobile, but unfortunately I needed to compress it, before uploading.

Have you tried with a different camera? I had a similar problem when installing CM10. I was using Camera ZoomFX and it started to work terrible. Stock camera, on the other hand, worked much better. I just went back to the stock one and forgot about it.

I have tried:
1. Stock Camera App
2. Camere Zoom FX
3. Camera ICS
But I did not get better result from my phone's camera... Stock camera and Camera ICS do not allow me to use TOUCH FOCUS on the other hand in Camera Zoon Fx when I touch on the screen it shows sometimes Red and sometimes Green box depend upon the situation but actually it does not focus that green box is just for showing, it actually does not focus the subject, I have tried different settings but no good focus and no good pictures
do a factory reset, then upgrade to 4.1.2
this was a shot made with my i9023 + stock google 4.1.2, about 5 months ago:
Hello, I am quite happy with my Note PRO 12.2 so far. The main problem is the sound quality. Is there a way to improve the quality perhaps through software?
Why Samsung does not move the speakers of their tablets to the front like the ones on the MacBook Pro Retina Display?

I installed ViPER 4Android. Very happy with the results. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2191223
It seems that it requires one to root the device. Is there a solution without rooting?
Have you tried using the equalizer?

Is it a software or hardware?
The thing I hate about most equalizers on Android is that once enabled maximum volume is decreased although the shape of the sound does change. Sometimes I just want more volume. .. for that a custom kernel and dsp manager are needed.

Software. I believe the stock one is MusicFX, and most serious music players have their own. Personally I use N7player.

Firstly, disable Adapt Sound in the application manager. It evens out the volume of all audio.
I've also disabled musicFX.
Some music app equalizers have a pre Amp increaser which boosts or decreases the volume to a level of your choice. Screenshot included.

That's N7 player, by the way. It has one of the more extensive equalisers I've come across. (those are the settings on my Note 3 but that's beside the point).

UPDATE 1.0.1: This update should hopefully remove some of the issues with buggy audio, and the app will now work much nicer with the screen off!
Hey guys! So whilst working on another app, I discovered a pretty sweet loophole in Google's code that allows my app to play YouTube videos in the background, even if the screen is off!
Here's the thing: I don't have many devices to test on SO I need you guys to try it out for me and let me know how it works for you!
This app is and always will be free. If you wish to buy me a beer please click the "Donate to Me" button in the sidebar of my posts.
Feel free to ask any questions!
By the way, yes a five year old did make my icon

Works quite well on my 1+1 with MahdiROM 4.4. Audio is a bit choppy when typing or switching apps, but that could be due to my device being underclocked to 1.7GHz.
Thank you Bro ? Awesome

Great app! Will you continue development ?
Btw works great on Samsung Galaxy young GT-S6310
Edit: If i'll have any good idea, i'll make an icon for it.
Edit 2 I just realized that it doesn't support playlists :more precisely playing next video in background.
Not working on Pixel. No background playback at all.

works fine on s7 edge (sm-g935F) @ android 7.0
Can you make a Version, running in the Background so you can play Videos on YT and work at the same time ...
