Friends please suggest me whether i shall buy samsung galaxy s duos?
I am using y duos currently! I can't find any similar dual sim mobiles at the price range and specifications of s duos!
I feel it's ok for me but i couldn't find any developmental sections based on s duos in xda, which makes me feel bad in choosing it.. may be i missed..
Any suggestions are welcome.
My basic necessities:
1. Dual sim
2. Price range similar to that of s duos
3. Higher specifications than y duos

Maybe a Jiayu G3? There's not a forum on XDA but I heard there's great development else where on the internet.

I own a Samsung Galaxy S Duos all I can say is, if you compromise a bit on developement you can go for it. I've been using it since the last 6 months. Its been a smooth and positive experience for me.
The development has started with KyleOpen ROM & OC kernels & myself testing kernels & sharing my knowledge on whatever I have done with my device.
Other options that you have are:
Micromax A110 Canvas 2
Micromax A111 Doodle

NO!!! This is only custom rom for galaxy s7562 DUOS
It aint CM based.... Its just Custom rooted, debloated rom....

Edit: Seems like it is for some Galaxy S (B).. I haven't tried it out because of this reason. Has anyone tried it?

it looks like there' s no difference between GT-S7580 (galaxy trend plus) and Galaxy core Plus..
An eventually custom rom for Galaxy core plus will work on galaxy trend plus?

There is a different in screen resolution .. core plus is 4.3 inch
N trend plus is 4 inch ..

The resolution is the same, 800x480.
The only difference is the screen size, and I don't think it's a crucial problem for the custom rom..

will be nice to work...but i dont think so..lets hope that the trend plus will have a treath for him ...
there is no way that the trend plus cusrom can work with the galaxy core but if you want to buy a new phone here recommended phone :

The Samsung Galaxy Core Plus and the Samsung Galaxy Trend Plus are indeed very similiar phones. Most of the ROMs for the Core Plus are based on the ones for the Trend Plus. They won't be able to work on the other phone without modification though
