Is possible lag fix in galaxy s i9003?

Hi i wanna asked if is possible use lag fix in to galaxy s gt-i9003
I am also lookin for I9003 lagfix...any senior member PLEASE HELP. Darky...please do something
Me too.....
Is there any Voodoo Lagfix for i-9003 a.k.a Galaxy SL ?
Thanks
I have just read that One Click Lagfix v.1 does work on I9003. DON'T use v2 or you'll have to re-flash.
Good luck !
Yeah one click lag fix from market does work. Note in market its labelled v2 but the app contains v1 too. Initially it didn't work, then I increased free space in the Phone, selected 812MB as the ext partition size and it worked.

installed oneclisklagfix v1+ on my I9003
Finally, I had installed lagfixv V1+ on my I9003.
I found below information from galaxyroot website to resolve the problem in applying the lagfix V1+
Known issues in 2.0.0
Some devices with heavy carrier customization cannot install EXT2 Tools. Fix should be in the next version, if possible.
On Froyo (Android 2.2) this lag fix will refuse to install if the apps2sd feature is in use. The error you will see if Apps2SD is in use on installation will be that the loopback cannot be mounted.
Workaround: In order to install the lagfix on froyo, you will need to set each app that is on the external SD back to regular. Once the lagfix is installed, you can move apps back to the SD.
Fix should be included in the next version, if possible.
If you use up more space inside the EXT2 than is available outside the EXT2, you will have to remove apps/delete data until you have enough space to copy your data back when you want to uninstall. To help avoid this, don’t set the space bar all the way on the far right.
im new to this stuff... uhm, you need to root your i9003 before you could use this right?
Ya, you need to be rooted+ Superuser. I installed it and found that it increases quadrant score but not Antutu Benchmark.

Can you please let me know whether by meaning free space in the phone you mean phone memory or internal card ? there is 2gb of phone memory and 2gb of built in internal card memory on the phone. Currently I have 1.51 of internal phone memory and 1.35 gb of internal sd card memory free and the one click lagfix v1 is not being installed. I have root access. I also have a 8gb external sd with 6.28GB space free. Also please let me know of any improvement after the lagfix
In that app first you have to instal ext tool I guess, what errors do you get?

@nemesis0902
Same thing with my i9003. Uninstall lagfix v1 was unavailable and it said that playlogos1 is not available. When I tried to install playlogos1 and then rebooted the phone, it removed the Samsung boot animation and tone completely. So no use of doing that. I figured that the only way to get out of the situation was to re-flash. I flashed i9003XXKB3 firmware and that is the only way to get rid of it. More so the phone worked fine for about two full days after the OCLF v1 lagfix. but it again came back to the same state afterwards. OCLF does improve the quadrant score, but no visible improvement in my case. Same thing happened on one of my friend's i9003. So I guess best bet would be to wait for Gingerbread or updated OCLF or Voodoo.
So flashing after doing lagfix dint go wrong. That's good to know. Was a bit worried. Thanks

yes it is possible i think so but it will not be much successful to make a flasheble ip of apks..
btw in a rom in system there are all req apks of phone that can be combined together.. but still there is a risk of briking your device so better not to flash your homemade zip.. ..
press thanks if it helped..
titanium backup pro now have that option

Hey its possible using this application (though its in initial days) check it out at the following link
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1951478
press thanks on getting helped :good:
But how many apps u can flash???...our phone has hardly 200 mb internal menory in system/app...and except official cm7 all the roms occupy 160-170 mbs of space by default...and if it reaches to 190 phone starts lagging like hell and starts giving memory full warnings...so installing them is the better way or buy a S3

[Q] [Help] Can't install gapps on cm11 for i9003

Hi I've installed successfully the 4.4.4 CyanogenMod 11 rom for Samsung Galaxy SL i9003 (found here) and when I try to install the GAPPS it gives me the error 7 showing that it has low internal storage. I tried installing the pico modular package (found here ) and still have the same problem.
Apparently with the pico version it requires around 41.000kb of storage available when there is about 1.300kb only available.
What should I do? I was using a previous version of the cm11 and it was working with the gapps, but i need to update it.
Use app mover to move some system apps to user apps. Is it a clean flash!

is there any way to remove the flashed rom and install a new rom from scratch? i mean like with a pc when we format it and then install the new OS... is there any safe way to do it without screwing the cwm?
Yes. Flash full ddlf2 with Odin. But your current problem may be solved by these steps-
Wipe user data, delvic and format system in cwm.
Then flash cm11
Flash gapps.

it worked, but i still had to move a few apps to be able to flash gapps..
for some reason instead of requiring 41mb of data available gapps now required 63mb... but this time there was 60mb available (before 1.3mb) so it wasnt hard to create room
thank you very much sam_777
I also faced such problem.....provide a solution please......i reinstalled my gingerbread

Instead of CM!11 rom use the Nameless rom along with a pico module of gapps.
Greetings;
Questions:
- Do you have the proper GAPPS for your ROM?
- Do you have latest GAPPS? (As the apps were updated recently)
- Did you Perform a Clean Install? (When you flashed the ROM)
Just a tip: If you intend to go for Nameless backup your EFS first. Learn how to backup and restore it.

ROM partition memory of one plus one.........

what is the rom partition memory of OnePlus one? Because when i try to flash the stock rom with the stock gapps, it says it cant be installed because of inadequate memory.

You mean the system partition? You can know that by downloading "Disk Partition" App.But why risking all of this when you can flash a strimmed down(pico/nano) version of Gapps then later install additional Gapps as you like. Moreover stock Cos 13.1.x comes with full Gapps. And it is nothing but a bloatware and always remember bloatware=degradation of device

Just go ahead and make a thread about the guide in General to share your knowledge in the community.Im sure people will find it useful. Also it will be new as I haven't saw any of these types of guides around.
I tried flashing the stock gapps to install stock google apps like dialer and message apps. And I did it, i just opened the stock gapps.zip with file explorer, and deleted some google apps which i didnot need. And flashed that gapps, and everything is fine now. Custom rom with stock gapps.

Less storage after update to nougat..

After updating to the latest version..
Free storage shown is only 21gb..
7.92gb has been taken up by firmware..
Any solution as to how can we free up some more space ?
Simply, Do a Factory reset after Every update and clear cache partition, Uninstall Bloatware , if you have root use system app uninstaller remove useless apps
