Database Info

Is there a way...

To make all market apps show up? Like even the ones that are 'not compatible.' Yes i have tried chainfire but it doesnt seem to work for this device. Any info is appreciated.

What app is not showing up for you? . Because even non compatible ones would show up for me when i had my atrix. Learned the hard way changing the density made alot of apps non compatoble. But they still showd up and just said device not coompatible. But changing the density back to factory settings fixed it

I found it if u go to the website for the market . When you choose your device it actually says not available in this devices country??? Like the game is not available in the united states look here atbattached picture

As another example Asphalt 6 wasnt available until a couple days ago when it was updated to work with more devices. So your telling me im forced to just browse the online market to view all the apps? That way i can try to obtain success with Chainfire and experiment with more of the non compatible ones.

There is not much you can do but "obtain" the apk file online somewhere, or find the application on a alternative market (SlideME, Amazon App Store, etc.)

Sometimes if I turn airplane mode on, then turn on wifi it seems to not recognize as att phone and shows me all the blocked Alps.

I tried it and had airplane mode on with wifi. I then proceeded to search for modern combat in the market. Still a no-go. Which rom/ kernel are you using? Im currently on skyrocketeer 2.0 and dag's kernel

I remember using this app like last year 2011 where it shows you nearby social updates? i dont know.
I could recall seeing youtube uploads made by people nearby in the map. Or something .
I think it starts with an f. But its not foursquare.

If you've downloaded it before with the same google account you can check in the playstore under myapps> all. Theres a list there of all the apps you have ever downloaded on that account.

That's where you're wrong though. Here in the us (where I assume you are located) there isn't just one organization that controls Internet censorship. They tried to pass a bill a little while back, which would allow the government to censor parts of the internet, but it never even got close to passing, all cause we live in a democracy. It's not perfect but it's certainly the best we got
To buddy above, I'm sorry to hear that it's blocked in your country. Hopefully things will get better in the east, and crazies won't be in control anymore (not saying Islamic people are crazies, just the extremists, and that holds true for every religion)

Its a hint that more of the card scheme like in Google Now is going to be used in the next version maybe as the play store has card lime structures

As I'm sure you're all aware that Google has been working hard on a redesigned app store well today was there first release in the u.s only eventually everyone will get it and kindly some one has uploaded it to Android police so check the link below and see what you reckon....
Not everything is completed as you would except only the u.s has the full version for the moment....

Pretty sure there's nothing missing here in NZ, we don't get anything except the bare minimum anyway. Go on holiday to Australia and suddenly the play store is an amazing place...

When you say that's all you're getting, you can't browse any of those sections? As NZ has only apps it takes me straight in to "Top Paid" section.

iv just rooted my GS3 and installed the new Google play store, how ever why is the front page plain? And will I get updates from google now that iv rooted my GS3?
And is it possible to download the previous Google play store which I find alot better.
