[Q] Managing music on TF300 MicroSD - Transformer TF300T Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have my music saved on a 32GB MicroSD card to play on my TF300. My issue is that I have more than 32GB of music on my computer and haven't found a good way to load and manage the music on my computer onto the MicroSD card.
I've tried Winamp but wasn't successful in easily choosing the music I wanted and had a hard time syncing to my tablet for some reason..
Any good apps or software out there to help me sync my music between my computer and SD card?

You could always copy/ paste what u want

I use Media Go to manage music on my devices. You can create custom lists and sync them with the device (even if it is a flash drive or a non-Sony device).

If you upload your music to Google Music, it has the option to sync/download to your device when you open the webpage player.

Music - How do you do yours ?

I have a 2GB SD Card, and I wanted a nice way to sync music.
I use iTunes for my music, and wondered if there was some plugin that I could use so I could sync my playlists.
I tried syncmyportable but it needs the SD to come up as a mass storage device as in a drive letter on My Computer but it doesn't.
Is there a way to make the SD card show up as a drive ?
PS - I also used Media Monkey and this works, but wanted to stick to iTunes and not have more then 1 player, just gets messy.
any help appreciated.

[Q] Full music list not showing on sdcard2

Good morning,
I have really ben enjoying my TnT Lite 4.24 g Tab. However, I am having problems accessing all of my music on the sdcard2. I am sure it is user error, so hopefully someone can help me out.
All of my music was synced directly to the card on my Windows 7 laptop through Windows Media Player. All of the music is on the card. I then installed the card into the G Tab and turned it on, giving the G Tab a few minutes to scan the card (I think it does that) I start the Music app, but only a couple albums are avaialble. Why would this be?
Using ES Explorer, I see all the albums are there and can even play the music from ES Explorer, but not the Music app.
Any idea on what I may have one incorrectly getting the music onto the card, or how to fix this?
Thanks or any help!
Mark
I finally gave up storing music on the external sdcard. I have the best luck when I put all of my music and videos on the internal card. And the problems existed with the built in music app, and winamp.
Music Problems too
Hello,
I am also having problems with music files...my albums all show, however, some of the albums have songs appearing from completely different artists/albums...it's as if some index is corrupt or not properly compiled.
I'm running TnT Lite 4.4 and I've copied all of my music to the internal SD card. I've downloaded the WinAmp app and have the same problem as with the stock music player installed with the ROM.
Is there a way to rebuild the index? Or does such a thing exist?
Any ideas?
TIA...

Doubletwist alternatives for the android?

What are some apps that are good alternatives to doubletwist? I notice two problems with doubletwist
1. it is always using the external sd card (where my music is) and makes mounting (ie as an external ums/hd) difficult
2. it has trouble differentiating between internal and external sd cards on the galaxy s3 a lot of the time.
I like its interface and the ease with which it syncs. If I could Keep the windows client and switch the android client that would be ideal
I recommend poweramp. Its a fantastic media player. Now it available 50% off discounted price in play store.
Google Music ?
Maybe u can send an EMail Tod the doubletwist SUPPORT

Google Play music is good. Realplayer is good too.
For doubletwist features:
Album art downloading
Use MIUI music
For itunes sync
Drag and drop into memory card from itunes
itunemywalkman is also pretty good but i would suggest google music
Ramesh you dont get playlists like that
Dont like powrt amps layout
Will email doubletwist and checkout google music. Does your music have to be stored on drive or sd card?

Click to collapse
For syncing with iTunes, iSync is the best by far. Doubletwist is nothing special as a player. Why don't you just use the stock app?

[Q] Meenova SD Card Reader

Hi
If I root and installed stick mount, does external players (eg. MX player and google play music) recognise the files on the sd card? In other words am I able to stream directly on 3rd party apps without nexus media importer?
I'm pretty sure it's like a regular USB.
If the files that you're transferring as long as they're compatible like MP3s and img files would be fine.
Yes. I've been using the exact same product since I got my nexus. I use it exclusively to listen to music and have tested it on Google music and power amp, both load up the SD card immediately. Decent solution for expanding the memory

Moving from iTunes to Android: conversion and apps?

I used to have an iPhone with about 16GB of music on it, synced with my PC via iTunes. Nearly all of the music was sourced from a original music CDs, I'm old school!
I want to transfer this music from the PC to an Android tablet, the Hudl 2. I tried copying direct to a SD card in the tablet. I get errors saying that some of the music is in a format that can't be played on the tablet.
I tried Google Music, but that insists it can't copy my files as they have DRM, which is odd. I'm not keen on cloud storage anyway.
Any suggestions how to transfer and convert my music? Also, what is a good music app?
Hi, you can try TunesKit product to convert the music to other popular format at first. Go to their official website to download the free trial
