Hi guys, welcome to my new tutorial Today i´ll Show you how to root your chinese Smartphone.
m doing this on my Karbonn A1+
How to root Karbonn A1+:
You Need:
Windows drivers Installation file
Download :http://www.file-upload.net/download-7267586/usb_driver.rar.html
Source: MovilesDualSim.com
these drivers work with XP, and possibily with earlier Windows Versions
First action: activate USB DEBUGGING mode.
a) Download and install SHUAME Software
Download :http://dl.shuame.com/files/1.1.1/ShuameSetup_1.1.1_general.exe.
Source - Shuame.com
it's in chinese, but the install is straight forward.. next, etc.
b) Connect USB cable to the phone. Shuame will detect Karbonn A1+, and you'll see a copy of your screen on the Computer
c) next top of Shuame click last tab there u ll find some option and u gona see two root option click on 1st root option
d) On next screen, click on the "blue" button to initiate the process. Phone will restart several times until finished
NOTICE: to un-root, just click the "root" button on the right (with the $ instead of the #)

yep im working on it but nt cwm its open recovery still nt working sme option i need two more days time

yep u can and i need sme help can any one help me to make cm9 work on a1+ i hve made it bt it stuck on lang setup screen and force clsoe so need sme help ill post custom rom as soon as posible thanku
HI dude CM9 is an Ics Based Rom so we need ICS Baseband of A1+ more Spreadtrum didn't support ics, ok let me check your Work dude

gud bro but method is wrong to flash recovery to A1+ we flash recovery using shuame in adb shell ill post a thread wait how to flash recovery

karbonn a1+ recovery install
use given link and download mobileunkle tool,
install it in ur phone,open it select recovery install
plz place given recovery.img in root of sd card..

hey friend actually resolution in cwm is very low,
fonts are very large thus if u scroll down u will get it,
i sware its cwm and not a photoshop work

Just installed CWM recovery and took rom backup(700mb)
Now going to test Blackstreetmod rom on A1+

In first attempt Mobileuncle didn't flashed the recovery then again tried to flashed it worked, mobile got restarted and started with white screen and went in to recovery mode

Hello , I want to ask..Is there any difference b/w CM 10.1 and CM 10.1.2 . Recently I flashed my device with CM 10.1 , and saw camera isn't working..Would upgrading to CM 10.1.2 can be a solution ?
Yes there's a difference
Camera is working acc to post
Try flashing again
Then try another version if your problem persitsts again

And I'm on stock rom. None of the roms here has interested me. Well I'm looking forward to use AOSPA soon, once DF gets it less buggy.

There is one way go to fastboot mode and flash a stock based kernel then go to recovery and flash your stock rom, but it is only possible if there is a stock rom flashable zip for tipo users:thumbup:
