same problem here .. i think the problem is in card have to go bank and check
Did you try to make a new account? If it will work, problem is your accaunt.
I had the issue too.. do these steps.. worked for me..
Go to settings--apps--manage applications--all: here.. go to "Google Play Services", "Google Play Store" and "Google Services Framework" and select "Clear Data" for these applications and reboot phone.
That ought to solve the problem.. let me know..
nope...didn't work buddy

Oh.. sorry my bad! I guess i had the error [RPC:S-5:AEC-0].. Really sorry i couldn't help..
Try creating a different account with another card.. Or probably create a fake account.. remove the original account.. reboot.. set up the original account back again.. I read this solution on some blog.. sorry if that doesn't work either.. I really hope you find a good solution.. :fingers-crossed:

Um no - its got to be some other thing to do as a fix. If you buy an app under this new account, then you're stuck for ever, having to continue creating new accounts, just so you can upgrade/reinstall. Eventually you'll have 170 different accounts! Good luck with that 'fix'. There's got to be another way . . . like google owning up to it. Fix this, AND 403 errors relating to it. You shouldn't have to continually erase and reinstall accounts ... clear cache ... clear data etc. How retarded! This has been going on for months and months. My unrealistic goal is that helpful people will quit calling this a fix. sigh ... don't get me wrong ... I appreciate helpfull people ... but this is more like becoming an enabler ... with google as our codependent partner. but hey, sorry for the rant ... maybe that's why I seldome come here ... that, and having to re-enter captya codes because the forum still considers me a 'new member' :^)

It's also the second thread you created about it. Why not just bump the first thread?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1810406
Did you try what I suggested there?
Lol sorry couldn't find it and wasn't even sure whether I asked in a rom specific thread or actually created a post

Gmail is not syncing, calendar is not syncing, play store says server error, Google+ is crashing, Google drive work, this started today, I've done everything and nothing seems to work, I reflashed the gapps, reflashed my rom, (cm10), turned sync on and off, went to a nandroid backup from a week ago, and nothing solves the problem, any idea of what is happening? Thanks

Why don't you post this on your device forum and not on the General forum?

Something similar happened on my old phone, if I remember correctly, I would go in and clear data for the Google services framework. Dunno if it will help in your case but it did for me.

I cannot open Google play store! Every app I have installed has internet access but when I open Google Play Store it says: No connection . Retry.
No matter how many times I try and retry I can't access Google play store. I don't know why this happens because I have faced this problem in stock ROM rooted. I'm now running Slimbean 4.3 v2.2 and everything has been working perfectly for more that a month, until now. I don't know how to fix this. Any opinion would be helpful. Thanks.
