Hi there, I've installed Paranoid Android (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2220631) on my xperia Tipo, after flashing the zip and reboot it stuck in black screen, it does not show anything... no sony logo, no boot anim... anything...
help!
RESOLVED: Updating software via Update Service installed stock rom and now works.
paranoid android requires unlocked bootloader thats why it didnt boot and you were able to repair it with update service.
if bootloader was unlocked update service would not have worked

I was upgrading my phone xperia x10a FeraLab V3 ROM.
In the process of upgrading it stuck for hours. Finally i removed the battery and restarted.
Since then i am not able to get into my xperia x10a.
Procedure followed in upgrade mentiond below
Downloaded ROM and place it in your SDcard.
Booted into Recovery and before flashing ROM done Factory RESET, Format SYSTEM.
And manually mount all partitions.
After this phone got stuck.
Now i have only a Sony Ericsson LOGO screen (nothing else)
I am not able to get into Recovery mode (power + back button also tried all other combination)
Beacuse there are no drivers in phone it is not detecting in system.
I tried flash tool to connect there is no device error
I am stuck with No Phone | No ROM | No Recovery Mode | only a SE logo screen
Can you suggest me how i can get a custom or stock rom working again.
Help need asap ,,!!

I did the same some days before.
I got back my system with SEUS
sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/update-service
Download and run to get back your phone to latest sony update 2.3.3
Then you can do all from the begining.
I think you didnt root your phone right.
Sony Xperia tipo single sim phone.
1) I unlocked the bootloader using Sony's website
2) I rooted the phone with unlock root free software
3) I made a custom recovery of clockworkmod 6.1 (cwm 5.x.x.x)
4) and i finally i tried loading this custom rom

5) I also installed google apps

The device is unlocked, rooted and shows cwm recovery 5.x.x.x as recovery partition. Both the installations were successful too.
After gapps installation when i rebooted it, its now stuck on "JB Mini Project 10" screen and is not proceeding ahead.
What could be the problem?
I have the same problem with the same ROM, and I do not know what to do next, I can not even get into CWM and reinstall. But I have bootloader locked. I send 2x request for unlock and flashtool say Phone is Locked. Help please.

I am a noob at android and very recently rooted my xperia m running jellybean 4.3. I decided to try messing around with system ui so i downloaded a flashable zip but after installing it just kept saying Unfortunately, system ui has stopped. To add to this my soft keys and status bar had disappeared. Anyway, i had forgotten to backup so i proceeded to cwm to try tweaking some stuff to see if that worked. I then selected system/format but when i tried rebooting i got stuck on Sony logo.
I have tied to flash 4.3 firmware through flash tool but my phone just flashes green and goes off so i cant finish flashing and it says error, aborting.
I can still go to recovery mode but when i tried, i couldn't boot to cwm.
PLEASE HELP!!! :crying::crying:
I may have bricked my Sony Experia P with the bootloader unlocked: no, I rooted it, installed cwm for locked bootloader. Then installed TERMINATOR v5 http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-u/p-development/rom-terminator-v4-l-simple-complex-t2564602
but it had a bug where its gets stuck at boot animation. I can't get back into CWM as its been wipped.
So how do I recover my phone
I installed CarbonRom but i now i wanted to go back to stock so i flashed 23.5.A.1.291 Global but now the phone is stuck on the Sony boot animation.
Have a Xperia Z3 D6603 and unlocked bootloader.
Out of desperation, flashed .575 kernel and it passed the boot animation and the updating apps box appeared, but it entered a bootloop state.
