If you dont mind white menu background, replace the attached three files (inside the zip) into drawable-hdpi folder of the framework-res.apk using 7zip and use it. You will lose black menu background but letters will be visible as they are black and BKground is white now.

This is a semi-transparent stock accuweather widget modified with different percentages of transparency for stock ICS ROMs 4.0.3 and 4.0.4
the number _XX indicates the percentage of opacity
SamsungWidget_WeatherClock_100.apk is not transparent (same to stock).
SamsungWidget_WeatherClock_0.apk is completely transparent.

How to Install in 4.0.3 and 4.0.4:
Download SamsungWidget_WeatherClock_XX.apk that you like
Copy SamsungWidget_WeatherClock_XX.apk in sd and rename to SamsungWidget_WeatherClock.apk
With Root Explorer copy SamsungWidget_WeatherClock.apk and paste in system/app
Reboot and enjoy..
If you like another widget with different transparency repeat the same procedure described..

the method is secure, it´s only copy and paste the apk in system/app and reboot..

is not necessary to remove the odex file, only remove the previous SamsungWidget_WeatherClock.apk

maybe you need the .odex file that is in system/app or or depends on the framework of TW, I think it works only in stock roms

Works perfectly on rooted India ICS latest stock ROM.

Don't have to remove the previous SamsungWidget_WeatherClock.apk, just rename it to SamsungWidget_WeatherClock_x(or anything you like).apk, just in case you want back to original. my opinion
BTW I found where to hit the "Thanks"

But I have stoock rom, just not stock kernel(I think it doesn't matters) and I have original odex file....

Download & Install
- Download required mod from post#2
- Flash from CWM/TWRP/Mobile Odin (in case of mobile odin, you need to select OTA/update zip tab )
- Reboot device
Manually backup SystemUI.apk & SystemUI.odex. (in case of deodexed ROM, SystemUI.apk only) if you want to revert anytime, just replace your backed up file to System/app folder, change permission rw-r-r
This will keep your existing mod (if any) tweaked with systemUI.apk

unfortunately no, but that is the only drawback.
basically, from what I have read, it is a Sony version of Swiftkey...

Lock screen Settings
Thank you. It's a nice launcher, better than the samsung touchwiz. I'm using stock 4.3. Does someone experience error with the Lock screen settings (unfortunately home has stopped message) ? Home screen settings works fine.

Here is working S6 launcher, extracted from system dump shared by @AL_IRAQI and deodexed by me. This is totally stock without any modification.
This is not flashable zip.
How to install:
Backup TouchWizHome_K folder
Then delete TouchWizHome_K folder from system>priv-app
Drop TouchWizHome_ZERO folder in system>priv-app
Make sure to set correct permission for folder should be rwxr-xr,x and for the apk should be rw-r-r
Reboot
Download S6 Launcher

Yeah... Its working on Indian version (INS). Looking great.. !!! The status bar not transparent. The icons feel lil bit heavier and there is no 5x5 app drawer. Also icons haven't been updated (It takes from the original apps I think). More SS in the attachments.. :good:

But status bar is black,any way to change it to transparent?

I have those files already and tried adding them in system, theme manager opens but it keeps force closing. Though I haven't got any logcat yet.

Working fine on galaxy-s5 g900m XtreStoLite 2.0

It works on arya rom v5! I have no problem with statusbar (i have transparent statusbar), but there is an option to order drawer alfhabetically??

For those having trouble with the launcher
Cut the items that are in the "lib > arm" folder and paste them in "system>lib" and set permissions rw-r-r
And put the apk where its mentioned in the OP without the lib folder
Fix permissions for apk and folder and there you go
