How to Get Adobe Flash on Samsung Galaxy S4 Working.
There are only a few Web Browser that are able to use the flash player, Stock and Chrome DO NOT WORK. there is a list of compatible browsers down below.
First what you wanna do is open the Adobe Archive link I provided and scroll down to where it says Android 4.0.
Adobe Archive Site: http://bit.ly/AdobeArchives
Now pick the first on and it should stat downloading a APK file.
Install and you should now have flash on you phone, but like i said the Stock and Chrome browser are not compatible use on of the following listed.
List of Compatible Web Browsers:
-Boat Browser
-SkyFire
-FireFox
-FireFox BETA
If you have another compatible browser, Please feel free to leave a comment so I can add it to the list. Thanks

I currently have an unmodded s4 and love the new phone. It is a tmo version straight out of the box with NO MODS whatsoever, and I am running Mozilla Firefox with the latest Adobe Flash version from the archives for Android Phones. It works perfectly with no glitches. Boat browser does NOT work on my phone with flash and actually will force close when trying to use anything that requires Flash. So, Firefox DOES in fact work.:good:
+ Maxthon
Puffin browser works as well.

Pardon me if it's already posted but I don't see any here!
Anyway, this is the newest Flash Player from Adobe. Installation is easy, just install it as apk. Then change enable plugin settings in your stock browser as per your desire.

As far as I know flash doesn't work with stock browser or Chrome I don't know about Maxhton. But in Firefox it workd like a charm to me. If you can't install the flash form your device you can try with the Nexus Root Toolkit it has a "Install APK" option in it's advance menu which might work.

Awesome. Thank you very much!
Adobe Flash Player still works great on the Galaxy S 4, but only on some browsers. I was surprised that they have even blocked it on the stock browser. But it works well when used with the right browser. No root necessary.
Video Tutorial: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CMJCnUuzjc0
Step 1: On your S4, go to Settings -> Security -> Enable Unknown Sources
Step 2: Download apk directly from Adobe. Adobe still updates Flash regularly every month, so use this link instead of downloading an old version from someone's private link. Scroll down to "Flash Player for Android 4.0 archives" and download the latest version.
http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html
Step 3: Download Boat Browser.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.boatbrowser.free&hl=en
Use this for all your non mobile browser needs. Naked Browser also works, but the UI might not be for everyone. I hear the UC Browser works too.
Step 4: Open Boat Browser -> Menu -> Settings -> Page Content Settings
Step 5: Enable flash/plug-ins -> Always On
Step 6: User agent -> Desktop
Additional Note: Flash DOES NOT work on: Stock Browser, Firefox (Buggy), Chrome, Dolphin (maybe with a tweak?). Haven't tried Opera, Maxthon, or Puffin.
*Latest Adobe Flash Player (As of April 27, 2013): Link: Download Adobe Flash Player v11.1.115.54
I highly recommend Ocean Browser for S4.
Right after realising that stock browser does not support flash, I switched to use this great thing.
Before this one is for tablets only (mostly Nexus 10 users) but now also for phones.
What !? Galaxy s IV browser not supporting flash player ? WTF guys ?
Not working. Tried with multiple browsers but nothing. Even with several flash versions. I9505 on XXUAMDC firmware.
Seriously this is not working on stock browser? It did on the S3. Has the stock browser really changed that much? Anyone else has any tests on the stock browser?
EDIT: Seems like we have further confirmation also stating it as unusual - Link
EDIT 2: I have a theory if we pull the Browser apk from the Galaxy S III we can still use it in the S4. Someone interested in testing?

I'm currently doing this. as in my browser is the browser from my s3. I found the easiest way is to make a titanium back up of it on your s3, then copy the files over to your s4 and drop the files in your titanium backup folder on your s4 and simply restore the apk (just don't restore the data). the s3 browser works fine, however when I try to download it seems to force close.. not sure why.. still investigating.

Can I just point out. This isn't Samsung doing. But android it's the jelley bean updates that don't support flash
Sure it's samsung doing. If it was just due to jellybean no other browser would be working with it. And it works just fine on my 4.2.2 jellybean nexus 7, once stock android browser is copied to it and flash installed, as well as 4.1.2 s3 and my note 8.0.
Actually it works amazing on stock note 8.0 browser, third party android based browsers sometimes hiccup with it playing flash and sometimes crash, but stock is a champ. It even has smart reflow, removed on android builds browsers since gingerbread.
JKAY DELUXE [I9300 JB 4.1.2]
you have to enable flash in boat's settings, tested and working fine i9505
Firefox works fine for me but no other browsers do, Boat lets you enable it but it is so unstable and breaks the page.

I may be wrong, but I think it goes one step back from here - I thought it was Adobe that stopped developing for Android, when JB came out.
Based on what I'm seeing here I think our best chance is to pull the browser from the Galaxy S III or stock AOSP browser (not Chrome) on 4.2.2 on Nexus 4.
Dolphin beta works flawlessly if you activate flash player with xml trick.

AOSP Browser for 4.4.2 Kit Kat No Root is required
READ ME FIRST
First let me say, I have searched around and did not seem to find a working AOSP browser for Android Kit Kat, luckily someone posted some apks from One Plus One. So please read:
Credits go to blackhand1001 who started the original thread, but then his files no longer work for most of us i believe.
Credits go to the CM team for the One Plus One/files and M4rt1n94 for uploading the browser apk in his original thread.
FLASH PLAYER DOES NOT WORK, i have tried the files provided by adobe from here. If someone can some how tweak the latest Flash Player 11.1 for Android 4.0 (11.1.115.81) to collaborate with the browser then that would be great.
BOOK MARKS SYNC from @blackhand1001 DOES NOT WORK either. I hope someone or him can provide a working one, please
I have tested this on Stock Sony Xperia Z 4.4.2 and Xperia Z2 Tablet 4.4.2. It may or may not work for you, but it should work for all Kit Kats. Wish you best of luck. I do not know does it work for FW below Kit Kat, you tell me, if it does not work then try the original files from blackhand1001.
INSTALLATION
Same method provided by blackhand1001 from his original thread.
Download the "signedbrowser.apk" file that I have modified from below and place it in your phone's internal or external storage.
Go to general settings / security / check unknown sources
Use es file manager or root explorer (the non root version) from the play store and navigate to system / apps / and install Browser ProviderProxy.apk NOTE: it will state installation failed (that is normal)
Reboot your device manually
Navigate to the downloaded file you have done in step 1 and install the "signedbrowser.apk"
Uncheck unknown sources from your settings / security
DONE
Please hit the thanks button below and all the people I have mentioned up there.
If we already have 4.4, wouldn't we already have this?
Never mind, I found the answer. They have discontinued the old native browser.
Didn't work on M8 Verizon, but Browser proxy installed
Hey guys, is there are any ways to fix black screen issue
off topic but what is your theme? Really nice ! also your app for the floating sofkeys
I don't have Browser ProviderProxy.apk in any directory on my phone, so I just downloaded and installed browser apk and it works. Xperia M CM11.
Didn't work for me on an Xperia Z1 (C6903, stock 4.4.2) - probably because com.android.browser is actually the Browser Small App, and so is signed differently. Worked on my Optimus 2X (P990, unofficial CM11) though.
I think I can uninstall the small app, but I do like it so. Your mileage may vary
Didn't work on Moto G.
The problem is android WebKit where google has squeezed it and removed some commits from it in order to force people use their new default android web browser, chrome!..so whatever browser depends on that engine in kitkat it will lack a lot of feature like uploading any file to the web!
that's why Firefox and Chrome depend on their native web engines instead of relying on the unsupported webkit.
Finally! An AOSP browser which can open tabs using the pie on KK! Thank you!

Then reboot and trying to install signedBrowser.apk --> "Installing App --> App not installed"
So no go for that device :/

Why are you giving this to us as a .zip? It's on the Play Store... Why not just give us the .apk if you want people to try it? It's just a browser, it doesn't even require root.
Since it's a flashable that doesn't actually require flashing, I'd advise against downloading this. Could contain malware or something malicious.
However, you should definitely download UC if you've got a fast enough phone. It's by far my favorite browser.

Yes bro you can download the browsers from play store but people want the browsers as stock browsers. I am providing the flashable zip as you can use UC browser as stock browser. As android is using chrome as stock browser but extenstions are not available in chrome like adblock and download speed booster. So you can flash this and use many features than other browsers. And dont worry its not the malware.
