/o/ folder - Verizon Samsung Galaxy S III

I'm trying to go back onto touch wiz but also apply some themes in my sd card, but my device won't see the folder I have them in, but if I plug my phone into the pc I see it. Do I have to do anything special so that my phone can see it?
Can anyone help me with this? Or did I put this in the wrong place? I'm new and just looking for help.

Move your back up either to external SD or from root to the /0 folder... (if its in the /0 already, move it to the root... can't remember which way) I highly recommend just using your external SD

also check samsung usb driver installed bro
Buy an Micro SD Card reader (or borrow it from someone) and you can manually move files from SD card to PC. Other than that you can also use this wireless connection thing that requires adb but I'm not sure about it.
And if you're fed up with doing this then you can easily reflash the ron or a different one (Like the person above me said).

Wipped HTC One S C2, unable to mount /sdcard, need urgent help

I got still the TWRP running, can still work with All In One Tool, are able to transfer files with adb, don't have su permission and no acces to the sd card, can't install anything, RUU 1.11.161.133 .exe required or other solutions, always in TWRP unable to mount /sdcard please help
Go to the recovery and try mounting the sdcard as usb storage on windows. Then format the sdcard removable disk. Worked for me. Copy the rom on sdcard and flash from twrp and you'll be up and running in no time.

Thanks for reply,
actually this phone does not have a real sdcard, it's build inside. I cannot find this card under cmd and format
*facepalm* I know that! There is an option in recovery which lets you connect the phone to your pc via usb cable in data storage mode. Try that.

Thats correct. Its internal, which essentially means its just a seperate partition (formated in FAT32) in the internal memory of the phone. The link provided above should help you, and will allow you to reformat that partition if its corrupted. You have to work through the linux shell as it wont show up in windows if its corrupted. At the bottom of the instructions are even more simpler methods, assuming you are ok with wiping all the data on your phone. The reason those methods work too is because the stock recovery in your phone will also format the sd card when you choose to factory reset, etc (but you need to reflash the stock recovery to work). Check the post, it should all make sense.

[FIX] Mount SD card as internal [CM10/JB]

Hey everybody
This is my fix to make your phone mount sd card as internal memory and vice versa
Requirements :
1- (Very Important) this works on CM10 ROM and may work on any stock jellybean ROM (Try and give me feedback) *NO ICS*
2- ROOTED phone
3- Root explorer
4- Backup For Your Vold.fstab (If U intend to get back)
Steps :
1- Download the file in the attachment (vold.fstab)
2 - using any root explorer copy this file to /system/etc and replace
3- Reboot and enjoy
Notes : I held no responsibilities on any errors may happen in your ROM so make a nandroid backup before doing this and do it on your own responsibilities
How to Mount back to internal SD.

Don't do it - you'll save yourself a lot of trouble. There have been problems with this mod, including phones bricking. Instead, use an app like foldermount or link2sd.

how to make mem internal read as "sdcard" in moui rom for miro.....

please, anione tell me how to do it... cz my data in the storage cannot be load....
1. I don't know
2. Post in correct section
3. You should post this question in the rom thread.
4. Search
I think that is the same as cm10....
First go to system>etc (with root explorer/browser)
Second, open vold.fstab
And last do this:
Change sdcard0-sdcard1 to sdcard1-sdcard0

I think that your data is corrupted (not for ever dont panic) try to format your data and reflash your rom qfter a FULL FULL FULL wipe (take backup if you want)
My 16GB sdcard had corrupted 2 times...finally i fix it...

Use this app, its easier to use and you dont have to change any system files. This program binds directories so the phone thinks the data its on internal memory when theys are at the sdcard.
Very usefull and I recomend you need to have a rooted phone though.

[Q] Can't see whole internal SD card to clean up

Hi,
I hope the title makes sense
I have the HTC One, but I know the issue I have is not unique to this device. I have flashed a couple custom sense roms, and what I have found is that I seem to have 2 parts of my internal sd card for some reason. When I boot into recovery to flash something, it finds the old sd card, but when out of recovery, I only have access to one, which according to recovery, is in "0". Because the roms I'm on are only using "0", I'd like to delete the original, but I can't because I can only see it when in recovery.
Is there something I can do? I've did a bit of looking around with no luck.
thanks
Anyone?
Same issue
Has anyone heard of this?
I am having same problem....
I am sure it is something dumb I am just missing but I have his issue to a T....
Have you tried to format your sd card from pc ? Or maybe you can try to flash another custom recovery, i use Philz Touch and it has never given me any problems
running CWrecovery. That is the only place I can see the whole SD card (in recovery) but I have to go to SDCARD directory to see what I copied on the phone recently.
It is like I am prevented from going up a directory when the phone is booted up.
I would like to recover what is on my phone so I am trying not to format.
Thanks for the help BTW

No problem I'm not an expert but I've had so many issues with new roms that maybe I can help a little
you could try:
-flash Philz Touch with Odin
-dismounting and mounting the SD card
-mount USB storage from recovery and see if from your pc you can at least copy your data
-though I think you'll need to format sd to solve the problem
