Hello guys i present you the UBUNTU TOUCH EXPERIENCE ROM.
This is based on miuiv5 by Recognized Themer amal das(thanks bro)
I have taken his permission to use it as my base (because of the "orange factor" being common to ubuntu too)
Its not that great i admit, but will give a small taste of ubuntu to the ones trying out along with stability.

Note: there was a problem in creating my zip so im providing my backup
HOW TO INSTALL:
Extract the backup folder and place it in sdcard clockworkmod/backup (FOR CWM USERS)
Format data
Make 1gb sd-ext
mount it
restore backup'
and done!

No.. i think the name of the folder is different.
I think its TWRP/Backups.
I dont know exactly, never used twrp except in my other device

1 download the rom
2 copy "Clockworkmod" folder to your SD card
3 reboot to your recovery (power + volume key)
4 Create 1gb ext 3/4 partition
5 Go to "Backup and restore" option
6 Select "restore"
7 Reboot system and enjoy

Ooops
A backup made with cwm can't be restored with twrp and vice versa. Rom manager, available in the market, will re-flash clockworkmod.

Buddy your work seems nice,, I have a suggestion for you, regarding New Rom (more of theming) I will pm you,, good work by the way, but buddy miui v5 is not that stable,,,

Ive used it for the looks..
the dialer and icon style is similar. It also has that "orange" element present in ubuntu.

This is Rom Cm 7.2(2.3.7) but made a look like MIUI
Flash It Over any GB
How to Flash Miui.Style Cm7.2 ROM :
Download and copy the Miui.Style Cm7.2 ROM to SD Card
Reboot to Recovery Mode
Select Wipe data and cache
Select install zip from sd card
Select choose zip from sd card
Select the Miui.Style Cm7.2 by Sudhir.zip
Select Yes - Install update
Wait till the Installation is finish
Select Wipe data and cache
Select Wipe cache partition
Select reboot system now
Done
Theme Contains:
MIUI PORTED APPS
MIUI THEME(PRE-INSTALLED)
QQLAUNCHER(Default)[if not then set as default]

This is a custom recovery based on Cyanogen's recovery source with a lot of things added by Amon-RA. The purpose of this recovery is to avoid using adb by accessing all features directly from the menu.
Important notes:
Always check recovery.log before posting your issues!
You can do this by doing :
"cat /cache/recovery/log" right after you had the issue.
Use the "move log to sd" option in the "others" menu right after you had the issue. This will move the log to /sdcard/recovery.log so you can easily open it with a text editor.

Is only for games
The cpu governor should ramp up frequency automatically on load, so not much performance effect really.

The last build of CM9 by Eppy works on both defys while using 2ndboot because that uses the custom kernel......
If the rom has a zImage file,ramdisk.gz and hboot files in system/bootmenu/2nd-boot then it will work with both defys through 2ndboot mode from the bootmenu

You dont need to do anything apart from making sure base you're using contains the files I mentioned earlier and tell users to change the default boot from 2nd-init to 2nd-boot in the bootmenu...

In ur screenshot there are diff wallpaper in app drawer screens u will be providing zips to change that or u add an option in rom itself to change itself(no need to go to recovery)

Most OEMs provide a heavy UI layer over Android and have loads of bloatware (i.e. apps that not everyone use every day, but you cannot remove because they’re “baked in” by default). Since AOKP is built upon vanilla Android source, it has neither of the above. With AOKP, you can generally do a lot more with your device than what you could do with the original firmware that came installed on it.

Transfer the ROM and Gapps to the root of your SD card.
Go to the main menu of your recovery
Go to mounts and storage
Format boot
Format cache
Format data
Format sd-ext
Format system
Go to main menu and perform a factory reset
Select install zip from SD card
Choose ROM zip and flash
Choose GApps and flash
Reboot with swag

open .zip (do not extract)
go to system/media remove videos
go to system/apps there remove something that you dont use (i always switch LatinIME it have 30mb, you can find it with only 11mb)
