This thread is a wishlist for apps that, well, you wish exists (or at least you could not find).

Now, I wish I have the following apps...
1. Time-lapse App for camera.. for taking pics with variable time-delay + max photo option.
2. Apps usage statistics: An app to track which apps I used the most, with number of times/hours used per day/week/month...
3. Modem Sounds: An app to simulate/convert data into modem sounds.

Not that I browse porn with it, but flash sites/flash videos run smooth on the stock browser now. You might want to consider that alternative for now

There is an app called TeamViewer downloader. You install this which then goes out and installs the actual team viewer software on your device. It worked fine on my VZN GT.

Yeh I know they work fine, but a YouTube style app would be great, sif you don't look up porn, every real man does lol

They won't get it immediatley though. People get help on here when people are:
A) Online
B) If they know how to help.
It'll be the exact same thing as on here IMHO.

This app will allow you to disable the auto brightness feature of the Xperia Play.
Usage:
1. Requires Root.
2. After installing app, a shortcut called "Toggle ALS" will be created.
3. Click on "Toggle ALS" to toggle between disabling and enabling the light sensor.

It won't go any brighter
I've tried but there is nothing I can do. Maybe a kernel / ROM dev can do this?

Well dude, i bought your app because you solved the only major problem that i had with this phone. And you deserve credit for actually giving a "flying sh**" when other devs didnt care..
Im gonna try this app with more time when i arrive home, for now it worked fine

My ROM has auto-brightness disabled by default, so yeah.. don't lump us all together when you say "other devs didn't care", please.

but then why not make this like SetCPU in which the free (BUT FULL) version is for XDA members only and a paid version will always be posted at the market? Makes sense, eh?
SetCPU is a universal app, usable by lots of people who are not in XDA. This, on the other hand, is a small modification on one single device. Most people who are aware of it are in XDA anyways. Making it free for XDA members kills the point of charging for it.

While our Samsung Keyboard is great..... If you like me dont find it easy to type for some reason then there is this great app in the market called A.I.Type Keyboard Free..... while the intelligent prediction turns of after 21 days we can continue to use this app beyond this period.. This keyboard has a great number of appearance setting to make it look like a keyboard from the iphone,windpws phone(my personal favorite), stock gingerbread or even create a custom keyboard for yourself.... you can also adjust the vertical height of the keyboard so u can still look at the webpage while typing.. so go ahead and give this app a try and let me know your thoughts on it or if there are any other apps that are better than this
