I have Samsung Galaxy III mini and i have a problem with facebook calendar, it's synchronized but it's not showing in google calendar, why? No events or bightday are showing :/

Try to configure the application to the default values, or reinstall it, or have one factory reset on your system.

Everything is set to defaults because i did a factory reset so i don't know what's going on :/

have you tried any alternative to facebook as Atrium? Facebook app gives many problems.

Gmail is not syncing anymore. Read and deleted emails are still showing up as new in the browser based app, even hours later.
Should I just delete and recreate the account?

Go into settings, applications, running, click on Gmail and you will see where you can click to clear data.

i opened facebook app today and had a pop up asking me for adding my phone contacts to facebook.. but unfortunately, i canceled the process.. i noticed that i can sync my facebook account in the phone.. it seems that google finally reactivated that option again.. but the problem is that i don't find how to select the contacts to sync!!!
have anybody else noticed that new feature???

Was editing my post with the link just as you replied.
Yes i can confirm it's working again i just flashed factory images today,installed facebook and facebook account was added in accounts & sync in setting i just activated it and everything worked.
Does it grab high res pics?

Well, the account shows up, under accounts & sync in the phone settings, but I don't think it's actually syncing the contacts. None of them are showing up for me in the people app.

neither me.. i haven't seen any of my facebook contacts in the people app.. actually i didn't found The way to sync.. i regret canceling the process when the facebook app requested me sync..

You didnt use the app I suggested? It shows fb contacts in the people app for me.
And the sync option of facebook was always there for me but it never worked.

Uhm... personally I don't like these limitations:
IMPORTANT:
* Facebook does not allow to export phone numbers or emails. Only names, pictures and statuses are synced.
* Facebook users have the option to block one or all apps. If they opt for that, they will be EXCLUDED from your friends list.

I was messing with my calendars trying to clean it up and I accidentally deleted the "people" calendar, this is the calendar where I record birthdays and anniversaries for my friends.
The People calendar options is simply not available anymore, how do I get it back? Thank you
not a lot of info as are you rooted etc
if rooted restore a nandroid, or fresh flash of rom, wipe system, and all else
if someone has the apk, you could push it thru adb then change permissions, all thru adb

Perhaps just clearing cache and data in the Apps settings for calendar?

I checked the HTC calendar app and it has one named "People"...I'm guessing you'd get it back clearing data.
worth a shot,unless OP already has it sorted--
easier than the options i listed--

My phone is completely stock and no rooted
The problem actually occurred after I cleaned the cach for the calendar app. The calendar list was initially empty and it slowly got filled wth all my google calendar entries , Facebook calendar etc.... Everything came back except the people calendar.

I deleted my google account altogether and that solved the issue.

Hi, I want to sync my contacts photos with Facebook. In the past I used HaxSync but it's not compatible with Android Lollipop 5.1.1 . Is there other apps or a way to use Facebook contacts picture for my contacts?

Install the Facebook app, sign in, go into settings, set contact sync on. Works perfectly
Is not work with Galaxy devices, never worked in my life with Galaxy. (now the sync function is ON)
I've had a S2 , now I came from a LG G3 and thought that Samsung had already solved this problem . It's ridiculous how something so basic does not work on Samsung phones!
It Won't show Sync option. At least on SM-920I.
It comes with and pre-installed version of Facebook that is only a downloader, i think this is the cause that we cannot sync contacts.

I have a problem with google account on the Oneplus one. It can't synchronize since 29/01/2017. I have delete account, I have wiped cache, I've tried to forced synchro and nothing!
Now, in accounts > google I have only "chrome" option to synchronize. I cannot send emails, I cannot synchronize conntacts. Any ideas?
I'm on 6.0.1 and Cyanogen OS 13.1.2-ZNH2KAS3P0-bacon .

Yes you can do a factory reset.
If you like you could try "lineage-14.1-20170126-Okeys-bacon"
