You should use some script like Darktremor..
It allows you to move the apps, data, n dalvik cache to the sd card...
But you should do the partitions on your sdcard first..

When I download apps they get downloaded to the phones memory instead of the internal memory and I am unable to move it to the internal memory, how can I download apps to the internal memory or move them there?

What do you mean you want to move them to the internal sdcard from the user data partition

In link2sd, there is a new option where you can see encrypted apps (jb only), and cannot move it. But, create link somehow works, moving it link2sd way.

I am not sure if this is the same problem as the OP described (i will repost if necessary), but i am having a similar problem where the phone is always out of space for app updates and new installs. It also re optimises all the apps on reboot and the strings that name all the storage devices are wrong.
Personally as a PC guy it sounds like the apps are being installed to the phones RAM (or equiv) and am wondering if anyone could comment on my hypothesis and provide a possible fix.

The EXT partition doesn't support anything except apps
you can't put anythingon it because no third party app will read it except Link2SD and the other manager apps
put the songs inside the normal sd partition!
