Is your tablet bootloader unlocked? If it's still locked, we can't flash custom recovery, and therefore, can't flash custom ROMs (3IN1 OC kernel on cromi-xenogenesis 4.4 rom), either.
Also, you need to at least tell us if your tablet is running on official ASUS stock rom, CyanogenMod, AOSP, or custom rom.. And, we also need to know the bootloader version of your tablet. Because, installing an incorrect/incompatible custom recovery variant can brick your tablet.
For now, I can tell you that for 3IN1 OC kernel on cromi-xenogenesis 4.4 rom, you need to be at least on ASUS firmware version 10.6.1.8 or 10.6.1.15.3 and have an unlocked bootloader. The TWRP version you need entirely depends on which ASUS firmware version you have now.

Yes,follow the guide from that link and you will be fine.Or you could flash the Original Asus Rom from TWRP ,then flash CromiX . ( keep in mind that after flashing a full Asus rom you will also loose the custom recovery).

[Q] Cannot flash custom rom

I have a asus tf300t running 4.2.1 with unlocked bootloader and root. I am running twrp v2.5.0.0 and I have already made backups of my apps. I am trying to install a custom rom. Preferably PACman rom but at this point any will do. When I try to flash the rom it go through the whole process then reboots but does not get past the asus splash screen.
What is the problem? Is it that the new bootloader does not accept any custom roms, if so how do I downgrade to 4.1? Otherwise I am open to any advice.

You must be on Jelly Bean 4.2.1
with the Asus Stock bootloader 10.6.1.8 and TWRP Recovery patched 2.4.4.0
or
Bootloader 10.1.15.3 and TWRP patched 2.5.0.0
You will find all versions of Stock firmwares and Stock kernels here
And the TWRP recoveries here

I am currently running the 10.1.15.3 bootloader and TWRP 2.5.0.0, yet it still does not finish flashing the ROM. I even tried to flash a more simple stock based ROM, ie. black beans 8. This did not work either. It went through the twrp flash and restarted but when it got to the ASUS boot up screen it simply stopped. I waited about 10 minutes for it to possibly load however it never did. So I am restored back to my stock and am awaiting any further help.

In the OP for PACman rom it says you must be on android 4.1.1 to flash his rom. You need to pick a rom for your 4.2.1. I am also on 4.2.1 and run CROMI 4.6.6 with no issues. Have also succesfully tried the Energy rom. Read carefully the OP for the rom's you are considering and make sure they are for 4.2.1

I am having the same problem! I am running 4.2.1 and im trying to install blackbean 8 using twrp 2.5.0.0. I factory reset in twrp and wipe cache and dalvic. I then install the the rom and reboot but it will not go past the first boot screen with the tegra logo in the bottom right. It always flashes for a second but then does nothing. I have even tried cm 10.1 and it does the exact same thing. I am still able to restore back to stock. This is my first time flashing a rom so any help would be appreciated!
For the latest [ROM][4.2.2][ OFFICIAL] PAC-man v23.0.0 [OC up to 1.7GHz][New Update 22/06/2013], if you read the installation process, you need to be 4.1.1 and not 4.2.1 and also you need installed custom recovery for JB 4.1 BL !
For the latest [ROM]ASU-JellyBean-Hydro 8 (6/29/13)Liquid Butter..- Tf300 -Official 10.6.1.15.3 Base, you need to be on 4.2.1 and 10.6.15.3 bootloader
and you will see to the changelog:
...not sure if any bootloader will work...

[Q] Faux123 Kernel on 4.3 bootloader?

Hi all,
I flashed the US Global GSM 4.4.2 ROM following this guide on Modaco as i wanted to flash Infution 4.4.2, so i had to re-flash the 4.3 bootloader to enable me to re-flas CWM, but i now want to flash Faux123's KK Kernel, so I was wondering if CWM will still work if i flash it, as the vertion of CWM I am running only supports the JB bootloader, or is there now a custom recovery that supports the KK bootloader, now we have the sauce code:fingers-crossed:, I have been trying to keep up with the CWM / TWRP threads but am still unsure were we are at with them,
Thankyou for your time, and Thanks in advance for any advice you may give
I have 4.4.2 with 4.3 Bootloader and CWM - Faux123's KK Kernel flashed fine.
thanks for the quick reply, downloading now

Asus TF700 displays huge keboard on screen

Hi guys I have researched this and did not find any answers. I installed CleanRom Inheritance 3.5- 10.4.4.25US DEODEX and now when I click to display keyboard it appers super zoomed in and when I click any key it activates a different key. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
You flashed a really old rom (and no longer supported). What resolution did you flash it with?
Assuming you are on the 10.6.1.14.10 bootloader, I would recommend you flash a compatible recovery (TWRP 2.6.1+) and CROMi-X 5.4 if you want to stay on a JB 4.2 Asus firmware based rom (but do not expect any further updates on it) or you flash TWRP 2.8+ and flash a KK rom like CROMBi-KK or ZOMBi-X which are still supported. Well, kinda. The main dev for these roms has some more urgent stuff to care of right now, so there has not been an update lately...
I would recommend you clean flash CROMi-X 5.4 and take it from there...

[Q] Need help going from 4.1.1 to KatKiss

I currently am running CleanROM 3.0.3 Inheritance, android 4.1.1 bootloader 10.4.2.18-20121122 and twrp 2.3.1.0. I would like to be running KatKiss Lillipop.
As far as I can tell, if I can update my bootloader to the 4.2 version I should be able to flash the latest twrp and then KatKiss, but I need help to update my bootloader.

Use fastboot to install the new Stock ROM by flashing the system blob. Then reboot and install the 2.8 TWRP, then the KatKiss ROM.
Solved

Thanks! Worked out great. In case anyone else has a similar problem, I followed this guide by pjc21, flashed the 10.6.1.27 blob directly from 10.4.2.18, and then flashed the latest TWRP and then KatKiss. Worked out great!
