I dropped my Huawei Ascend G300 in water a month ago and took it out the exact moment, removed the battery and let it dry out. An hour ago I decided to turn it on and the screen started to flicker until it shut down (nightmare). With a little hope i searched google what to do and have put my phone in dry rice for a day. Luckily the phone turned on afterwards and everything works just fine. But I noticed this unusual bright lines on display that do not look like stuck water, but don't look like backlight bleed to me either. Look at the pic and tell me what do you think?

I dropped my phone few days ago and screen is really messed up. I tried JScreenFix and Pixel Fixer, ran these apps overnight but still nothing from it!
Friend of mine said these dead pixels will go away in 2-4 weeks. I really don't think it will work.
Btw those blue pixels have become even more intense now!
Please Help!
Here are the photos of my XT720 with loads of stuck pixels :

THis is not a problem software/apps will fix. You will need to replace your screen, look for parts online.
I had the same problem, I just went over to the local service centre and they fixed my screen! took them 5 days though! mine was still under warranty. I believe you have a year warranty and you don't need the warranty card or anything!
I replaced the digitizer on my sensation 4G a while ago and the entire screen stopped working after like a month. It was also overheating which makes me think it might be a software issue, but I have no way of knowing. So anyway, I was about to take apart the entire thing to try and find the problem and I noticed something while watching a tear-down video. Before the guy in the video put the digitizer in, he removed the sticker things from the digitizer, which you can see in the image below (the yellowish one with blue-green writing). I didn't take them off, and when I did there was a sticky residue left behind. Could this have caused the screen to stop working after a month? If yes, is there a way to get it to work again without getting another digitizer (and LCD probably)?

I've had my HTC One X since the day it came out and love it but I had a problem that turned out to be the motherboard for the phone. I fixed that by finding someone with a broken screen white version from AT&T and bought that since my screen was fine. I switched things around and gave it to my son so he could get away from a Windows phone was using. About a week ago there would be weird texture issues on the screen where the fonts looked to tear almost and then when playing games it would go to a screen of different colored pixels

. Anyway I have taken the phone apart and checked all the connections but I am at a loss and as a matter of fact the phone just sits there on the same screen all the time now so I made it worse.
Anyone with similar experience that has a better idea? Thanks.
Hi guys, my mom's cellphone has this issue, and i want to know if this problem is of Screen, Digitizer or base board.
So, when i turn on it's show a white screen always, then when i try to enter on recovery, download mode it's the same, but it's something weird after a minute after turn on, i listen the sound of notifications, i did a test, sending a whatsapp from my cellphone to her and sounds.

Thanks Guys.
Ok ok so i had the same issue a few minutes ago. When I woke up. So what might have happened is that the phone might have gotten wet or something similar. So get a bag of rice, and you put it in there for about 30-35 minutes. So all the liquids will come out. The phone screen should kind of appear again. Then you put it in the again for 10-20 minutes. You restart the phone. ( hold power button down for 20 seconds ) then the screen should go back to normal.
Hello there.
some weeks ago i got a galaxy s6 and i'm pretty happy with it. When i first got it, i had normal geekbench 4 results. But now i'm getting pretty low results.
about 1394 single cre and 3863 in multi core.
also last night my cousin was so drunk that he dropped my phone once or twice with a ****y cover in but when i looked carefully, i saw that at the right side, where the power button is, some kid of air bubbles appeared, and where i press it they seems to disappear!
i'm so worried!!
Would heating it with a heatgun will fix the corner problem? and i don't think that dropping the phone could cause performance problems. Right? right??
there is a picture of it
