That looks like the exact dial pad I use on Jellybeans rls15. Hope that helps.

It's my all time favorite wallpaper that came with the galaxy s supposedly and I had it on my G2.
Im sure it has something to do with the firmware since it came from I think froyo?

On xda go to the bottom left and choose 2010 layout.

It's fixed on 4.2.1 as well. But yes on 4.1.1 your only choice is to use the xda 2010 theme as said.

Expect the Samsung Galaxy S4 Bluetooth Keyboard come out as there are some demanding on Keyboard fans, Yet I don't think it's a must and we should go forward to the time goes, how's your idea ?

Presumably not while the keyboard is in the open position.
On the 4.2.2 GE ROM you can dial *#0*# and it pulls up this menu with a few testing features. Hovering being one of them.

That's not exclusive to the Google Edition.
