This is to try and cut down the enevitable thonds of times this question will be asked across this forum,
To enable developer options on the s4, it is similar to every other 4.2.2 device, just go to settings -> the more tab-> about device -> and spam tap "build number"
Go crazy.
This is required to be able to enable/disable animations and ADB
Thank you but you know all the people with that question will just ask for it anyways.

Use a VPN or a proxy. Google will help you find out how to do it.

The uploaders have the option to which they want to target their video.
You need proxy to watch the video.
It has an issue for country based search
Sent from my Micromax A116 using xda premium
that means the upluader of the videos blocking your country to watch it you need change your proxy with something like proxydroid

Was there really any need for three other people to post basically the same information I had already answered the OP with?
The uploader is targeting countries and yours is excluded from it. You could use a VPN or a proxy. Some free online services are there but not sure whether they work on phones though.

Yes, as I originally stated, use Google. XDA is not a tech-support site for noobs, and your question has nothing to do with mobile phone development at all.

I guessed you were a girl by your user name. It doesn't make any difference, Google is a much, much better place for you to go for basic information like that - quicker, more results and much easier for you to sort the correct info from the dross; whereas on here half the replies you will get are likely to be conjecture rather than fact.
You are a noob. Just looking at your post history since you joined shows that. Being a noob isn't a bad thing, all of us were noobs and most of us (including me) still are as we have so much still to learn.

yes it does.
I do not provide the lidroid toggle though, so you're on your own about how you access it (this will help though). I may provide an updated file with the lidroid toggle MOD but that would come later.
this is more for DEVs
I flashed this mod, so I can now block people from the settings menus right? Or will I need to use Lidroid toggles to do that?

If you set it to block all calls yes. If you use the call message block in settings though you can block unknown calls. It blocks them without showing you the call unlike blocking mode

If anyone has the .zip and could upload it for me so I can re-upload it, it would be appreciated.
It was ACCIDENTALLY deleted, and I just don't have the time to re-make the file.
If anyone has it on their phones/CPU/wherever could you please upload it for me.
Thank you in advance.

How many times do I have to ask for drama to stay off of this development site
People need to get thicker skins if you are going to participate on anything on the internet
Take your back and forth drama to PMs and keep it there
Thank you for your cooperation

Hey Kenny where's the "have a nice day"
Hello
Just updated my Z1 to 4.3. I thought with 4.3 there came an option to enable emoji emoticons. But I still can't figure out how to enable it.
I also tried some 'emoji' apps from the Play Store but those were all some pieces of ....
Is there anyone out there who managed to get it working?
Joost
p.s. I don't want to use them in sms but in Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat ect.
Please guys...why is so hard to follow rules?
Wrong section mate!
This isn't Q&A section and that's why nobody want to answer you...
Come on, read XDA rules and use search.
We already talk about emoj's on Q&A section

I'm sorry. I haven't been on xda for a long time. Back in '10/'11 we talked about this kind of stuff in the theme and app session. Maybe that was already an exception, but I didn't know I was wrong.

enjoy

I know that's not exactly what you asked but it's great port.
BTW, you can use that app from market (link from a few posts above)
