i try flashtool in my linux (ubuntu 12.04) and i was doing this step for instal java from this forum.. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1947412
but when i finish all and run the flashtool, its say like this picture..... please help....

Search for usb deview and use this to remove all the unnecessary usb drivers and uninstall everything according to HTC.
Now restart download newest HTC sync and install complete connect phone and let it install al drivers.
Restart pc and try again

When I tried to unlock bootloader of my friend phone(Xl)... It is not detecting by flashtool.... But when I connect my phone in flashmode it is detected.... Whats the prob???

Install the drivers from the following link

During the installation select the drivers for fastboot, flashmode and the taoshan drivers and try to connect again.
