How To Make It Work ???
For Sense 4 Rom:
1. Copy File On Your SdCard
2. Rename It As hTC_bootup.zip
3. and paste it here system/customize/resource/hTC_bootup.zip
4. Change Permissions to rw-r-r--
5. Reboot Your Phone .
If You Dont Want To Do These Steps Just Use The Booanimator Tool From My Signature
For Stock Rom:
All The Steps Are Same Like Sense 4 Steps just rename the file To hTC_bootanimation.zip
For Cm Roms:
1. Copy File On Your SdCard.
2. Rename it to bootanimation.zip.
3. paste it here system/media/bootanimation.zip
4. chane permissions to rw-r-r--
5. Reboot your Phone
Or If You Dont Want To Follow These steps the Use The OneClick Bootanimator Tool From My Signature

I agree too, I don't think, that users of Pico would want to have Galaxy boot. Anyway it looks good

No offence dude but i don't agree! There are many who love touchwiz inspite of having sense(which is,acc. to me,much neat and better than touchwiz)
Same is for the bootanimations. It's just your indvidual choice.
And I don't think someome is wannabe just for installing s4's bootanimation. :thumbup:

Me either, but I liked this animation so I changed it.
But I thought it would look better as a 'downanimation' after i changed it, so that's how I used it on my device, YMMV...
Just take the attached file and rename it if needed, then drop it into the appropriate file with the appropriate permissions using an appropriate file explorer... Enjoy!

3.Open Root Explorer , mount system '' R/W '' , not '' R/O ''
4.Copy bootanimation.zip from system/media/ to anywhere you want in the sdcard ( Manual Backup for the old Boot Animation )

Hi guys i just found an galaxy s3 memo app that can be run on htc explorer without any problem. Its very usefull though!

2. Now after downloading it use any root explorer and open any root explorer and open up system folder

Let us BEGIN

credits first:
1.Hpsgill for helping me out solve the black screen problem

How to install:
1.Download any bootanimation by just clicking on there names.
2.Rename it to bootanimation.zip
3.Using any root browser,navigate to the location of the zip.Copy it and paste it in system>media
4.Click YES to replace the bootanimation already present.

2. Copy it to /System/media/ directory, rename the exiting bootanimation.zip to bootanimation.old, then rename the motox_bootanimation.zip to bootanimation.zip, change the new bootanimation.zip permissions to the same as the original one(group: root).
3. Reboot your phone to test it.

Really like this animation works good on RAZR XT912 with Avatar ROM. Maybe we could get a higher resolution version?

This isn't just "for any phone". There's lots of different resolutions, so the animation will look bad on some phones, as well as the fact that not all phones store them in /system/media/. You should specify the resolution at least, and maybe list phones that you know it works on.
***EDITED - Works fine with 4.3 Deodexed ver.***

Didnt flashed just copied to System/Media and renamed.
