Why do you wanna flash an RUU??
I suggest you get one of those flashable stock zips...
Which can be flashed thru recovery..

Hmmm..
So every time you try to go to hboot, these 4 triangles appear.. Am i right??
What about trying to boot normally into android??
I suppose that wouldnt happen as well, since the bootloader is locked..
Does fastboot detect the device??

i had used the code to boot recovery and flash the rom ,but the phone still boot loop stuck at the "ruu" screen.

i had applied cute prince method，but why i cannt flash rom successfully using recovery。

Sorry for my bad english.
If you flashed twrp succesfully and used cute prince prodecure,you shouldnt flash custom rom.
1-relock bootlader.code: fastboot oem lock
2- run ruu ( try different RUUs).
I tried this ruu and you can find via google search

Don't worry it's not a big deal. first is it X920D or X920E ?
you can repeat the process again and if you get the same results then the rom is corrupted or not compatible at some point, thus you have to find another one.
can you tell me your JellyBean version and HBoot version where you find it at main Bootloader screen.

I have X920D
Hboot- 1.54.0000
OS-2.33.401.4
OpenDSP- v10.120.274.0520

ANd System i think it was JB 4.2.2

Well. As I mentioned to you repeat the process and see if you get the same results then try to use this rom it's JB 4.3 it's working as well and very cool i'm using it on my X920D device.

then after installtion complete reboot and your JB 4.3 should work as well.

Oh it worked with me as well, from ADB it didn't work with me but within the teamwin it has been installed straightforward without any problem.
Well if you can wait, I will try to make a backup from TW and upload it to my google drive. and you can use it by restoring it using teamwin for sure after wiping your system to avoid overwriting.

before you flash this you must update the hboot from 1.54 to 1.55

Bro I made the backup using Teamwin, I will upload it within 3 hours because I'm not at home and I need home internet because it's fast a bit.

eject your battery, than reinsert, after that hold in same time Power button + Volume down , and write or post picture what you see

i used this tuto and i stoped in recovery step
Then re-insert the battery and enter Bootloader mode. How? Press and hold Power + Volume Down button till you see some text on screen, From bootloader select recovery.

Okey you have do to few steps to get you phone working normal
First you have to flash 3.33 universal firmware here is a guide for that http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=21711154#post21711154
(Be carefull when flashing the firmware and important check md5 sum )
Do you have those adb and fasboot files?If you have them you have to flash recovery here is another guide for that step 2. Flashing a recovery http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1631861 and after that you can flash new rom you want ( and you don't need to flash boot.img like in the guide link you gave me) if you don't have adb and fastboot files you can find guide for that in second link

You need to check md5 sum to know if the file you downloaded is okey, How to check you need to use program for that here is guide with program for checking that http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1939007
Under downloading link for 3.33 universal firmware you have md5 sum example Firmware 3.33 Universal:

After you download the file you need to check with the program and see the md5 from the link and on the program is same , if it not same you need to redownload again if it same you may flash that file (Open the guide and will be more clear )

take it easy, now flash custom recovery , few post back i gave you guide how to flash recovery( with the 3.33 guide) after you flash recovery you can flash new rom to get in working state your device

not only it didn't flash twrp it's also removed my root.
dried to both flash and boot.
then i tired to only boot.
not complaining - just inform you that this can happen.
re-rooted and now looking for other ways to get twrp.

After uninstalling magisk

I cannot find any stock boot img. After uninstalling magisk the phone goes into a boot loop. I have TWRP installed and the make n model of the mobile is: samsung galaxy note 5 SM-N920G

Did you install magisk from TWRP? Was data encrypted at that time? If yes there won't be a backup because the magisk backup is in data/adb. So twrp wouldn't be able to write the backup due to encryption. If your are stuck in a bootloop just install the firmware

By installing the stock firmware, you will resolve the bootloop. Just restoring the stock boot img form the firmware will also do. Just remember the next time you install magisk, format data first to temporarily disable encryption.

If ramdisk is yes, just flash the boot.img
You can extract it from the firmware

I would recommend to flash the whole firmware. Because extracting the boot img you might corrupt the boot.img and flash a corrupt img.

Update: I dont know what's wrong, I have used ODIN to install... a new recovery and Boot.img. for the model, but it is still in a bootloop.
EDIT : the original recovery has been recovered

I think you must flash to stock rom/firmware. Do you know how to do that?

I did flash a stock rom from firmware.mobi, I hope it was what you said it was. But other than that I do not know much.

Ok sorry my mistake. I didn't read your message completely. Just restoring this boot.img recovery.img doesn't seem to work. Go ahead and restore your ENTIRE firmware. All the best

Thanks for all the help so far. I am really dumb at this. Can you please tell me where can I get the entire firmware? I googled and SAMmobile asks me for some membership program, is there a free way?
