New Launchers

As suggested by kataria.vikesh (Big thanks to him for it! ), I open a new thread for new launchers. He will be providing me new launchers he finds in other forums and I'll create and post CWM-flashable zip's for our device.
TouchWix Nature UX
Here is TouchWiz Nature UX from SGS3 Jelly Bean stock rom. I included TW UX widgets in the zip, you may encounter issues with the widgets (for example the weather doesn't work - maybe some incompatibility issue).

Buddy, when i select it after first boot. It says unfortunately launcher stop working.. FC..

On first boot got fc after that removed all widgets and rebooted...after this reboot got su notif. That shell has been granted su permission. Is it harmful? BB ROM here.

Well i installed it....for the first time it gave fc error on pressing home key...
Rebooted n started to work..
My impression: superb..transition r smooth n nice....
I m comparing it with tw ux...
Widget aint working n i dont need to....
Its really awesome..scrolling is butter smooth

3. Is it possible to create a dual boot kernel with GB and ICS because so many people are reverting back to GB for Gaming performance..

Hey MJ buddy. Thanks for ur kind words.. i m doing what is in my hand. After all we are like family and it my prime resposibilty that i can bring few goodies for my family members. Also, adam is such a nice person who mentioned my name in his thread.

No buddy twn ux is nt running on 1ghz....der must me some other for which iys running on 1ghz...

I dont know what is happening with this one. I installed it, givin me FC. I restarted, again FC. Then selected as default. OMG, FC again n again. Did bad work by myself. Again flash orginal twUx(previous version). Everything all right now.
Hey Adam buddy, pls do the needful as i m on Angeek Rom and not able to apply this.
Suggestion: do have backup of ur Rom or TwUX(previous version) in ur mobile storage. if u hve selected it by default and FC is coming then only GOD can help u.

Bt in my case, its not even asking the su permission. I think adam is slightly busy.. sure we will get the solution soon.

The SU permission occures when something crashes the system. Can you provide a logcat? It could contain some information.

Buddy m on bb + sensation theme + 4.1b6... I gt fc first time..rebooted n i am able to work flawlessly...with fc or crash.......this has something to do with rom

Here is the LogCat. but When I installed it it automatically select it by default launcher. Then FC comes again & again. So I have to boot again and afterwards logcat is attached

yeah. but this launcher supports only english n chinese.
BTW: now only aokp jb is needed for PACman

Trying it right now...
works well. battery seems ok in combination with Kernel 7.0 EU...
One thing: how come I often see another background wallpaper when switching between tasks and launcher (the blue "waves" that you can also find in other roms). This does not fit to the windoes theme and is actually annoying How to get rid of it?

Facebook app can be installed bcoz in Ehndroix it wasn't possible due to compatibility issue of rom !!

I think its flashable with with any twrp 'n' cwm but I just tested on twrp 2.3.1.1

Update the RoM and you can do it it was the Launcher wich wasnt able to.. but with the new update it is..

Custom App for SGR

Heya guys..i am thinking to develop an android app.
The app may be any app.. any utility, business , sports app.
To build any app i need some idea..and i need some input from you guys...
I would like that you people post application name that you are using [Any FREE APP along with its play store link) and are facing some functionality deficit...
What i would do is, take the application and its sources, revamp its UI and incorporate the deficit functionality and would upload back to play store..!!
For Example, An application 'Expense Manager' on play store has some missing functions which i would like to have it

so just take any damm application, Post your Problem with the app.... i will try to incorporate it..
i would go with peoples choice fr devlopment.
incompatible apps, games will nt b in consideration
as i m learnin android app programming.. so i wld b very slow in initial days.
Hoping for some good Application

It would be move if u can develop themes as v have cm10 now..just my opinion..

Hmmmm.. Now u r working buddy. Good. I have an application which can b modified is MMS.APK. It can b modified with diff theme. So if u wanna start then start modified/compiling the apks. Like apk that is compiled by wanam for call recording. I will provide u the link then start compiling it. Who may know, u will sfart compiling apks for us??

Yes buddy. I like that Flipping animations as well. No clock (except Go weather widget) did this on our Galaxy R.

+1 to flipping clock!

Is there an app to tell us the stats for how long we were on single core and how long we used dual core?? Like the horsepower kernel or hotplug governers which allow 1 core to be shut off when not required..

Well ya.. But it would be handy if we can get someone to dev a 3.0 kernel with hotplug etc to boost our battery life.. And that's where your app will come into action.. Giving stats if the kernels are working or not.. Just a idea for the future..

A viable thread indeed.
I totally agree. A flashable zip would be nice and it is directed to the Development section. As you may know, if an end-user needs to recompile a source code to use an app or feature, you are basically doing it wrong...

The Lockscreen is (in the most cases) just the framework-res.apk. There might be no difference between A3 or A6, I don't think they change the framework so often...

How did you get it? I also have SlimBean and I would like to use this lockscreen.

For those of you having slim bean, just go to settings/ security/ screen lock and there's two extra ones, circles and blackberry. And yes, I have posted this on slim bean but you don't care to look or search for it. YOLO YOLO YOLO x 69

for all who want to use it in CM10 too, just copy settings.apk and systemUI.apk from slimbean to CM10 thats all. you got the statusbar and lockscreens, settings from slimbean on CM10.

Not special bro, its just a Custom based on Indian ICS..
Although, can take some suggestions bro.. We can add some more mods if we try and look, everyone's suggestions are taken.. So. as always try somethin new.. If u get screwed up wit it, jus flash d ROM again.. Yes, we all got rooting fever..

Buddy add a few things like transparent 15 toggle button status bar
And touchwiz nature ux launcher??
Have you removed the msg limit of 4 msgs then it autoconverts itself to a mms?
Bdw the 15 toggle button zip i have is getting kind of weird when flashed.. Just the time goes %0/%0/%0/..rest is all fine..
If you can mod it properly for.our phone..should i give you the zip so that you can add it up?
Also should i provide you with the link to the touchwix nature ux launcher..add it up too.. ?

I have added the Touchwhiz 5*5 launcher apk and CWM flashable.. (Not my work, thanks to ADAM and PANKAJ)
Also added the 15 toggle mod with updated binary for our phone (Thanks to Vikesh for teaching me how to port something useful for our phone
And thanks to THE DROIDSTER for providing us with the link..)
Check if both of them work perfectly with our device in your rom.
If they do..add them to your ROM it will surely get more electrified
Rest see the link for deoxed rom touchwhiz launcher because i have not added the widgets pack so they aren't working currently in my phone. For them to work, add the widgets pack too might help.
But one thing more..Touchwiz and CM like launchers is getting monotonous..add something different..like the lg/moto/xperia one. Our Royale doesnt even have one Roms with them

This is Great Deepankar Buddy. I have seen that it has animations like my Note 2 in toggles.
@Sumit: Buddy, take a shot what Deepankar buddy attached. It has great settings. You can launch ERM V2.0 after applying all this..:good:

Buddy seclauncher 2 is an apk extracted form "TouchwizUX-1.5.1-5x5.zip"..
Rest zips are CWM flashable..Tried the toggle files i.e "s3 toggles stock.zip" and "15_toggles_Stock.zip"?
TAKE BACKUP BEFORE FLASHING THE ZIPS!!!!
