Edit:
Hello everybody!
I formatted / boot through the Clockwordmod and now the phone does not boot the android, always turns on Clockword.
I tried to use fastboot to install a new boot, but does not work, is always "waiting for device".
What should I do? Is there any way to install a new boot using the Recovery?
Please! I'm desperate!
By /boot do you mean the bootloader? To me you seem to have removed the OS from your phone so you may have killed it.
Unless you have a bootloader I'm which case your fine.

I formated /boot. I can enter on Clockword normaly, but just it. I remove the OS, I think.
I had lost my phone??
If I use fastboot with one bootloader img, can I solve this problem?
So, I cant use fastboot. My PC doenst recognize my phone!
Anybody help?
Please, i´m very sad about it!
u might need Odin then to flash your original firmware. Make sure you download the right version for your phone.

Boot into recovery go into backup and restore from a backup you made earlier. You can also just restore boot using the advanced backup restore.
If you don't have any backups and clearly you have a custom recovery installed, what can I say... serves you right.
Boot is the kernel.
Mount USB storage in clockworkmod recovery. Put a kernel on the phone and flash it.
Or flash a rom
Or restore a backup off the boot as mentioned .
My samsung GT S6102(galaxy y duos) is rooted and while modifying build.prop , my phone ended up getting into a boot loop. I have a backup of the original build.prop file but am unable to restore it. I am able to enter into recovery mode. Will i be able to install a custom ROM on my phone even though it is getting boot loops? or is there any way to fix the boot loops?

Yes you should be able to install a custom Rom if you have CWM installed and i think you could try to push your Build.prop Backup to your phone using ADB but i dont exactly know how to do that
@OP, if it's rooted then definitely. My HTC Explorer once stuck into boot loop too, I flashed with JaggyRom and it gave me a great experience.
For me, I had to take out the battery and reinsert and then was able to boot into recovery, and from there I flashed it with the custom ROM.
Thank you all
Thank you all who replied, i tried ADB but it was unable to recognize my phone. I am a complete newbie to android but i somehow modified an update.zip file to copy put the build.prop file back to system folder, flashed it in recovery mode and my phone started working again! I am going to be more careful next time, by the way how do i backup and restore using CWM?

Possiblw Solution
A possible solution is to flash back to your original Stock and try rooting again. the stock should get you out of boot loops
After months of flashing everything in sight on my NS4g, the device appears to have rolled over and died! It started a few days ago, when it rebooted and asked me for a password to decrypt from storage (no password has ever been set). I couldn't get past that screen, so I decided to boot into recovery (TWRP), reinstall ROM (CM10) and gapps and restore data from backup.
No go. It just kept rebooting into recovery. But I was able to connect the phone to the PC and copy files from the phone but could not copy or delete files on the phone from the PC.
I used fastboot, Odin, and one-click-stock to wipe the device and install factory images, but the phone would boot no further than the red triangle-dead android.
Is my phone dead? I searched the forums and couldn't find any solutions other than to do what I have already done.

When you flashed to stock you erased your recovery.. Reconnect to your computer and push a recovery onto your phone and you're good to go..
Unfortunately, when I flashed TWRP and boot.img to the phone using fastboot and attempted to boot into recovery, bootloader reports "No Boot or Recovery Img."

Try the Nexus tool kit and from the bootloader (power and vol. up) select flash to stock (bricked) then in advanced boot temporary recovery to flash the recovery of your choice.. or push a boot image.

Wish I had better news but ... using the Nexus tool kit I was able to boot into TWRP but when trying to flash CM10 and gapps for this phone the flash failed; likewise, I could not flash CM10 and gapps by pushing the files from the PC to the phone. I first did flash to stock (bricked) but that brought me back to the red triangle, dead android.
I am beginning to suspect that the phone internal sdcard is corrupted ... is there a way to test for that?

When you got it to flash to stock did it boot up fully?
Remember that flashing to stock removes custom recoveries and you will need to flash one

No, the phone never did boot up fully. It got to the Google screen with the unlock icon and then to the red triangle, dead Android.

This happened when you tried stock or custom?..
Did it fully boot on stock image?..
The dead android usually shows up when you attempt to boot into recovery and you don't have one... If you try to boot and you loop back to the dead android it usually means you don't have a rom...
Try again to flash to stock, use the toolkit to boot a temporary recovery and flash a custom recovery.. Then make sure you are flashing the correct rom and correct gapps for that rom and for your phone.

I know have a recovery because the tool kit booted into TWRP; furthermore, the tool kit installed a TWRP 2.3 image (prior to installing the tool kit I was on 2.5 so the tool kit did something). From there, I tried to flash CM10 and gapps in the sdcard/download folder, but that failed, with TWRP returning message similar to "error opening ZIP".
I have used Odin to flash the stock image and it did not fully boot, ending at the dead android. Same results for flashing the stock image using fastboot with the phone connected to the PC. Same results with using the Nexus tool kit to flash a stock image (first JB and then, when that didn't boot, ICS). And, after the toolkit booted into temporary recovery (TWRP), I tried to flash (in this order) CM10 plus gapps, JB stock, and ICS, each time with the same results (no full boot, dead android).
I am with you when you say that the dead android means there is no rom, because my efforts to flash any rom, whether stock or custom, don't do anything. To all appearance, the phone contains a bootloader and a recovery and nothing else.
Thanks for your persistence ... any ideas for something else to try?

I am too. Every method known to me (Odin, fastboot, adb) to flash a ROM, whether custom or stock, has failed to boot. Thanks for hanging with me on this; if you can think of solution I'll be glad to have it. Or if I solve it, I'll post here.

We're having a failure to communicate here. Can you boot into the bootloader? If so I'd flash the factory image and start over again.

If you unlocked the bootloader your data's already gone. Nothing you can do about it. Just flash the factory images and move on.

I don't think you understand (or I don't understand). Unlocking the bootloader would have wiped the pics you wanted to recover.

Yeah if these are pics from before you unlocked, and you unlocked the normal way, ie. "fastboot oem unlock", then they are gone. There is nothing to try, your phone was wiped during the unlock process.
try flashing the boot.img
Sometimes Nexus stucks at the boot loop due to kernel failure .
Go to bootloader and then put a custom kernel ( franco or Elemental X ) and then
Boot to recovery flash the kernel you just put in the device storage.
If your device boots up then you still will have all the images ( data ) after the time of unlocking the bootloader.
You don't want to have a custom kernel you can flash the stock kernel ie in the factory image itself.
Code : fastboot flash boot boot.IMG
And this flashes the stock kernel
This works only if have the kernel problem.

His system was wiped during the unlocking process. Don't give him false hope, his pics are gone.
I read somewhere someone recovering pictures after unlocking the bootloader (dont remember if it was galaxy nexus, nexus 4 or nexus 5). But I didnt find it.
He knows that unlocking which erases all data. All data stored in the device AFTER unlocking can be recovered .
That's what I was saying
Thank you for your advice,,,

It's not unclear at all. The phone was wiped when the bootloader was unlocked. There are no more pics. They are gone, deleted, wiped...they do not exist anymore. I don't get why that's so hard to understand.
Why did you sell the device ?
Actually, this can help: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.defianttech.diskdigger

try this
boot into recovery
adb shell
mount -a
now, look around and find the files you want to save. Then type exit to exit out of the shell and return to your PCs shell or command prompt (depending on if your running windows or linux) Suppose you want to save the file /sdcard/0/DCIM/Camera/IMG_20150101_101045.jpg
use the command
pull /sdcard/0/DCIM/Camera/IMG_20150101_101045.jpg
This should copy the file to your PC.
EDIT: I see you wiped. The data is not going to be recoverable unless your the FBI. (So when the FBI comes to the door,if you think that throwing your phone on the usb cable and running Autoroot while your girlfriend is flushing the cocaine down the toilet will keep them from finding those pictures, your going to be in for a surprise at your arraignment )

I tried something like that with another program called smart switch and when I looked at the back of the phone for the (S/N there isn't one just the dex and the hex... so I called boost mobile to ask them to look up the S/N for me... they gave it to me and I put in what they told me it was and it said that it wasn't a valid S/N so I called them back relayed the S/N they told me and they said I had it correct.... so I don't know what to do...
Find the firmware for your phone online, download file (should have .md5 at end of file) then flash file with odin on windows.

I have the same phone and carrier. Find and download the following 3 files once you have completed a wipe and factory reset with twrp. 1. Odin 3.12.3 2. Youe stock firmware: j700pvpu1apb7_j700pspt1apb7_j700rvpu1apb7_Home tar.md5---2.90gb. 3. cf-auto-root
j71techn-j71tezm-smj7008.zip found here I believe. 4. twrp 3.0.2-d-j71tespr.img.tar. You must be careful when you install twrp. You must go directly into recovery to prevent a boot loop! Do not use anything that you used to make a backup to restore your phone. Just start all over again!!!
