Go to recovery by pressing the VOLUME UP key and the POWER BUTTON till Superfone Logo is displayed,
Enable back button by scrolling 3 times.
Select MOUNTS AND STORAGE
FORMAT /system
FORMAT /data
Select WIPE DALVIK-CACHE from Advanced
Select INSTALL ZIP FROM SD CARD
Select SELECT ZIP FROM SD CARD
Select Dark Angel.zip
After installing, press the power button to go back and select REBOOT SYSTEM NOW

Its de-odexed properly
and will work on reboot options, but it comes with lidroid toggles and I cant figure out which values to change
its different from samsung roms
working on it.

format and re partition ur sd card...

Bluetooth media streaming fix:
just replace these files in appropriate location

GPS is broken in dark angle..
returned back to stock rom to recheck not a problem q\with my handset.

there is no inbuilt gps in this phone...so it's not a problem with dark Angel...

there is builtin GPS in the phone..
IT works awesome on stock ROM.

i wanna try this rom on my micromax a87,
but i didn;t installed cmw on my phone,
i tried many thread but its too tough to install cmw recovery in micromax a87.
will u please tell me the easy way for installing cmw.

I tried your rom on my Multiphone 4020 Duo - is a clone of micromix a87, but with more ram, and may be better camera.
In stock rom in camera settings i can select more than 2MP (even 5MP). The quality visual better in stock rom.
Ur ROM don't have other language instead english. May be you can add russian too.
And last one what i check is light sensor is not used. I can select autobrightness in settings. In stock rom i have this and is working not bad.

I'm sorry but this is based on stock Micromax rom which is itself modified for this phone only.
I wont be able to build a rom for your phone without your stock rom.
You should use your stock rom and install "Rom Toolbox" to add custom changes

Still have Micromax Bloatware
I installed Dark Angel v1 after a clean wipe and still have Micromax Launcher and other bloatware.
Any ideas why?

Use the Theme Manager app in the rom and browse the themes available online you have a dark theme available there

The Kernel of this ROM is not supporting the XOLO A700, this is the reason after flashing this rom xolo a700 stuck in bootloop.

For Stock DDMF2, follow this step or skip it if prefer your own stock..
: NOOB GUIDE :​first...download this Odin pack firmware to pc and extract it...

Download Odin (Latest version)

run Odin, on your phone make sure to tick USB debugging in settings> applications> development,
then turn off phone and enter download mode (press vol down + home + power) then connect usb to pc,
u will notice [com port] with Light Blue color on Odin.
Click PDA to select stock firmware.
dont tick others, then START to flash the firmware...wait till the box turn green and you're done

Download CWM (i prefer v5.5)

Download ROOT SGAP with CWM.zip

Download GT-S7500DDMF2(DEODEX).zip

1.check download file again if corrupt or not
2.download cwm version which i gave there
(coz v6 is not stable yet)
3.do root your device first
(its necessary before u dealing with system files)
4.give a try with wipe data/ catch before & after flash zip
5.provide me logcat coz m nt getting any dream about your issue by just telling
(no offence)
& last u sure u read fourm before ​

that snapshot was taken from CM10 not from GB rom... ( sorry for that i just check it out it is working with all versions or not )
but yeh u can use S4 launcher on your GB rom too

Hey i have ported this on the system files of Axer V1.1 so better try these after installing that rom
FYI i have tried this on v2 deodexed rom and it works fine

I dont know on what rom S3 rom is based on . If u want to flash them first take a nandroid backup and then flash .If anything goes wrong u can easily revert back . I have attached a flashable zip for stock V2 also so if u want install that on stock rom

sometimes settings go missing
I have been using this since two to three months and I've tried it on many roms works good but sometimes when I flash it the settings.apk does not install any solution?

yeah , it will work . just edit the updaterscript of ur gapps ( refer my gapps updater script or just use it )

Anyone got this ROM to work?
I have the partitions right (they work for KitKat Carbon) and install just the ROM and it will not get past the HTC screen.

is there a way to install it on NAND because i dont want to partation my sd card anymore

Yep, it works quite well: there's only (sometimes) error message "gapps.process... has stopped" but it's really smooth and fast!
Follow all steps in the original post! :good:

The rom is good, not totally smooth after gapps update but yes one of the good roms I'v seen for HTC explorer.
For me even wifi tethering aint working. Any fix on that please? Its really hard to bluetooth tether always and connect to laptop..its a pain..
