Hi all .. I was changing roms a lot then I went back to stock rom 3.33 ics . While changing roms I overclocked my gpu and now that I'm back to stock I get some anomalies on screen ... Some games don't show right grafix and I get like a line of the former frame stuck on screen for a very little time .... What's the cause and is there any thing to be done ????

Mmmmmm..... You can try to perform a factory reset or try to change the kernel.... In order to underclock/set stock your GPU clock.
Cheers!!!
PD: I don't like to overclock the GPU, it's dangerous.... In order to mantain the security, don't try this anymore (the sensation's Gpu is excellent)... this is my personal recommendation
Thanx a lot man I did a factory reset and the problem is still there ... Ill try looking for a stock kernel around here ....

flash sultan's kernel with the latest 3.4.10 Ville C2's GPU drivers, gonna fix it i think.
but choose "Underclock" for both 3D and 2D GPU clocks.
I really like Sultan kernel with C2's GPU drivers, as in my opinion it does not cause any lag ever in any game even though the clock is under'd, extending your battery life as well. :good:
good luck

Welcome, please report any feedback.
I tried to run Fasty from SD with Boot Manager. With a lot of patient after several error messages about sense, I managed to Install launcher pro and set it as default.
From this moment it's working fine. No reboots and phone seems almost fully operational.
Thanks @LOSTLOGIC89. Nice try.

Stable, Gallery and Music Apps Work
You don't seem to be popular but your ROM is the best for me so far. The gallery and the music apps work fine for me unlike two other more popular ICS ROMs that I tried.
I will be sticking with this one. Well done.
hy my phone rendomly freeze after few minutes of working of it and then i must restart it , i dont know why it is happening, i am using vipers rom, but i try ordroid, but nothing changed, also I tryed diffrent kernel, but still nothing, so can anyone help me ?
Any recent radio change? What firmware are you on?
All in all, I think it would be best to backup, than run a marching RUU. If that one still fails, it might indicate a hardware issue.

Well there's 2 different kinds there's for 4.0 and 3.6 make sure your using the right one for the sense your on also if you are using the right one you can have your cpu clocked to high that causes random reboots

"sweeptoweake" simply does not decrease or increase the battery life, but is quite comfortable to wake up the screen. Of course you'll want ZRAM, this is just to prevent the SENSE restarts. In my case I use the 3D and 2D options to best. And all that is left by default. But the battery life will depend much of the ROM you use and what type of user you are ... good luck!
Well the kernel I have listed is that a good one for batt life.

i disabled the zRam option, dunno why, using zram slightly drains my battery more. the rest is just fine with your setting
I seem to get better battery life on bricked rather than faux. Give both a try and see what you think.. which Rom are you running? Viper has given me excellent battery life with bricked. Hope this helps.

That is completely different from one user to another. It really depends on what appa you use, how often, how much wifi/3g/4g you use and their signal strength etc etc...
Usually badass works great, and it is more juice friendly than ondemand.
OC the gpu is usually draining some.
But again, it's very peraonal.
Please keep in mind to run a few cycles on whatever configuration you try. A day is usually not enough and no two days are the same

The problem is you are S-ON, so kernels wont flash properly.
Either you need to S-OFF or you need to repacked the zImage file into an existing boot.img file (dsixda kitchen and cygwin needed) then use the command "fastboot flash boot boot.img"
Personally I would go with S-OFF, its so much easier and less faffing about than the other way
I plan on testing out Viper's ROM on my Sensation tomorrow & I wanted to see how you guys like it & what kernel you used with it.
Hi there. I use pyd-x stable 3 kernel on my viper Rom . I really love it. The Rom has tons of customization and that particular kernel has a system tuner type of mod that goes with it and you can flush your system on terminal emulator if it's getting lag. This kernel is very fast and I've got great battery life .
I'm very happy with my set up. Play around with different kernels and see what suits you best. Best wishes !

The ROM is wonderful except, if you set something in the settings wrong it goes into a reset loop. I have no idea which setting it is as you have to reinstall the ROM including a full wipe to make the restart loop go away. I have now given up on the ROM until someone can tell me it stops restarting
I'm currently on Elegencia's ROM but I've heard nothing but good comments about Viper's ROM so I'm use it for a while
Been using this ROM for about a month now with latest Faux kernel. Battery life awesome, love all the tweaks, running smooth as a babies butt!
Had no reboots, very stable. Only minor gripe is that recently don't always get message notifications for Handscent. Probly something on phone not the ROM though.
Defo recommend!

You can install system tuner or kernel tuner to adjust cpu frequencies
Otherwise go to system->etc->init.d folder and go to 99kernel
There you will see how to overclock it

Either go with stock ROM (beats) and overclockable kernel.
Or use a ROM like vipers(beats). You can overclock in either.
JAM THAT THANKS BUTTON.
