Anybody have the cable flash ROM for HDC Galaxy S3 F9300 Plus?
Model: HDC Galaxy S3 F9300
Operating System: Android 4.1.9 OS
Processor: MTK6577 Dual Core 1.2GHz
Built-in Memory: 512MB RAM, 4GB ROM
My screen is white as shown below.

Have you tried talkingmobi web site. I had the same issue. I have the Rom for HDC Gslaxy S3 plus, but my phone looks different from yours in the screen shot

they post ROM in talkingmobile site but its not correct ROM. What really happened to your device?

Hi,
Your correct. The roms on talkingmobi.com don't work.
I asked them twice now for the rom but i don't get an answer :crying:
The first time i had the proximity sensor problem when calling.
They (fastcardtech) told me to put in a new rom from talkingmobi.
I did that and STUPID ME i forgot to backup the old rom, but then all problems started .
except for 1 rom they all give me a white screen at boot after flashing the talkingmobi roms.
The rom i have flashed now also doesn't work. When i boot the phone i get a android with rockets,
then a android snake with the letters android, twice, and then phone shuts off or sometimes bootloop.
I am unable to get into the phone and also i can't get into recovery. i can press buttons al i want but nothing happens.
Just the android guy with rockets and then shuts off.

FCT get the ROM for me on talkingmobile site. but its not the right one. the ROM on there is based for MTK6589.
I have the Original ROM but not backup well. because I missed to backup the system.img. but you can try to get into recovery by using my attached recovery file and flash the uboot.img and boot.img from my ROM. i'll PM you the link.

Delete: preloader_and_dsp, DSP_BL, from my ROM. and also try to contacted the FCT.
This is 100% 1:1 clone so far. almost like same,.

Do you know how repack the system.img
because i have a backup and it has system.img as system/ folder
now i need to repack it as system.img

sir one more problem the device dosent have android drivers but it has USB debugging drivers
will i be able to root

i tried one click root (downloaded from te official site) ..... it DIDNT WORK ... i got some error called andriod version not supported .........
what should i do .......... i also tried .... Superoneclick v2.3.3 and also UnlookRoot

[Q] Brick Alcatel one touch scribe HD - 8008d (Please Help)

My phone is an Alcatel OT-scribe HD -8008d and I messed it up in SPFlash tools ... now I am unable to find a stock version for that. I installed another MT 6589 firmware (from lenovo) and now the screen is turning on, but the phone is not functioning and I don't know what should I do :crying:
1 - please if you can help me , tell me what to do or how can i find a stock firmware with preloader and custpack and etc...
2 - can i use another MT6589 firmware that supports my phone? or should it be only from Alcatel?

The TCL-Y900 is the same phone. You can try their upgrade software if One-Touch does not work.

would be interested in a backup of stock firmware (made with spflashtool) ?
note: i read somwhere that restoring preloader, even of its own firmware, is not recommended, high risk of hard brick.

Don't have too much hope...apparently this stock firmware doesn't exist any where

plausible solution
Hello guys, there is a possible solution to our current problem. we would need the pro_info and scatter file that contains the pro_info for our phones. otherwise, we wouldn't be able to flash it via OTU. problem is, this is not a common phone. many people are using other brands and I am not able to find anything for 8008x or 8008d. we may need to just send it to the manufacturer for software redownload.

Thx bro but the link in this post with usb drivers is invalid...
in my desktop..in the folder "my computer" when I right-click management and then Device Manager to keep getting usb Samsung mobile usb cdc composite device and has a yellow exclamation mark (!) .. Could you please send me another link with the right driver? Thanks a lot!

i managed to enter recovery mode after rooting the phone using king root just press the volume up and power button and will enter recovery mode could yourl please upload the phones build.prop file please hope this helps

Hello,so you have managed to root your Vodafone smart mini 4? If you have please could you let me know how you did it. As I have looked on Google and all the results on there don't work. I have tried a few apps-framaroot,towelroot,kingo and many more,but none work. So if you've managed to root your vodafone smart mini 4 please could you let me know, or anybody else who has seen this post and knows how to root this phone. By the way I have no PC so it would need to be an app that I can use just by using my phone. Thanks

That one should work, if it does let us know. By the way, I am an experienced android developer... maybe i can build kitkat for our device
but then we need cwm first

any more update, guys? rooting is very easy, can also try google cydia impactor. works for me first try.
now need custom recovery and rom

i rooted the phone with root genius application for windows and then install recovery with this guide in this video
