Dolphin Browser HD cannot be installed ?

I cannot find this HD version on Market but I have found apk file on the web but I cannot install it on my X10. Is this only for 2.1+ phones ? I use regular Dolphin Browser and it is great, what are the advantages of this HD version ?

A quick Google search tells me Dolphin HD is only for 2.1+ and benefits include:
