I'm new user on Android. I've a pretty good experience with Symbian. There's a default feature that called "Connection Manager" on my symbian. Here it is,
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Look, it shows all of my connection info., even speed also. But in Android I can't find such a thing. I saw some apps on play store. They're very resource hungry. So my question is, where is the android's default monitor? If there is no, then suggest a pretty good app that shows real time speed in notification panel just like DroidVPN.

Hi guys,
I just had an exciting experience on my HTC Touch. Actually I found a sensor-enabled task manager named Rosseta TaskMgr on www.rossetamobile.com. They also have some nice screenshots there.
With this little application, you can shake or roll your phone to switch between running applications.
Now you don't need to worry about which harware key to be assigned to what kind of Alt-tab app.
It's just so convenient and fun to switch between running apps with it.
cheers,
lincoln

I am new on XDA, and i'm announcing my new app : IS MY DEVICE ON ?
This genius application will check if your device is on.
"Is My Device On" application uses very complex algorithms to determine if the device that running this app is really on.
This is a funny application to joke about with your friend.
One of the interesting things about this application, it's that it contains neat page transitions and cool background colors.
would like to hear what you think about this little silly thing

Hi, and welcome to my new application thread!
I've had some spare time and developed an app called LocationsX. Its a little, easy to use and simple application which will share your location to your favourite social network. Keep in mind that i only used a couple of days on this app. Its just released and is in Alpha, but should work pretty decent.
I would like some feedback on the app. That would really help!
Since i don't own a android device ATM (waiting for my nexus 5) i've only tested it in the emulator.

Hi,
Since switching to my Pixel from my S21U, Google Messages is no longer "translating" iOS reactions like it should. The only thing I can think of is that it has something to do with me using dual SIM now, but I have the setting enabled (for both SIMs/lines):
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
But iOS reactions are still coming through like this:
Instead of like this:
Any ideas? Running the latest version available of Google Messages. Thanks.
