Spray on protectant?

Hey guys so I scuffed my Nexus's frame today :/ but I already ordered a new one. I'm thinking about painting the new one a rustoleum black though is there some kind of like spray on adhesive rubber? Or some really thin protectant I could spray on it to?

Could just be me, but won't that interfere with the sensors since it has no cut out for them?

If you want a glass protector you can get the fantom4 in black or white.

I'm pretty sure it's just an early rendering, but i would doubt it since they make protectors for iPhones, Galaxies, etc.

Sorry about the blurry pics, hurried taking them on my one s. The sides also come with their own carbon fiber skin so you can chose not to put them on if you like aluminum side panel with ur carbon fiber skin, it's upto you i kinda didn't like the aluminum sides so i put the skin on

This is the second time they had a 60% sale in the last 2 months lol. I bought my skin the first time they had the sale I bought the skin and a screen protector for $12 I think.

The screen protector has a bit of grip but it is very nice.
I have it on my sisters phone and it's definitely less grippy than the Zagg screen protectors.
It's also very clear almost as much as my Spigen Ultra Crystal.
Even with the promo it is a lot cheaper on Amazon http://goo.gl/8HsWr

I messed up the screen protector while installing. So I'm using a glass SP now from benks. But it just feels like any other protector. I'd agree with the above post feels less grippy then Zagg but not sure about fingerprints

Just got this and installed the back piece. It seems to have kind of a sharpe feel around the edges, is this normal ? I have not put the screen protector on yet and may not. It does not seem like it adds much protection to the phone but looks nice on the phone.

Did u use a hair dryer on the phone after installing? I had that too but after using the hair dryer it gets tacky so u can run ur fingers around the edges to make them stick

Thanks that did seem to help some. I did not use the side pieces. That may also casue the edges to be a bit sharper as well.

Yeah i guess that could be the case. I just ordered two more skins during this sale when i do happen to replace mine next time I'm going to try it without putting on the skin on the aluminum edges. Btw i just got the silver skin and it's shiny and actually looks good i was scared to order but couldn't resist the sale. I might try the silver one next

Looks nice. I assume the clear plastic doesn't have the matte finish of the colored UAGs, which will make the case a little bit slipperier.
The interior back doesn't have a layer of shock-absorbing rubber. I wonder if the case will be thinner as a result.

Color is true to the Amazon color. IPod touch camera sucks. Snaps on flush and perfect with no issues and same clearance as official battery cover.

Finally got it in! Awesome case! I got a blue battery cover too. Will take pics of that also. Only downside is that this case is so much harder to get on/off. The black long sides do not flex as much as my black uag case but that's not a biggie for me cause it looks awesome and is protected like all other uag cases!

Smooth from the outside. Honeycomb is inside for shock absorption. I like the Honeycomb!

the honeycomb gives a reptile/crocodile skin type of look that probably won't go well with a brushed aluminum or carbon fiber battery cover. plus it makes the case look hazy/frosted in certain angles. thanks for posting pics of it. :good:

Well I got mine directly from uag. I know amazon has fakes sometimes. There is a whole thread about the Amazon ones. So it's up to you if you want to take that chance.
