So today i decided to bring my htc one s to stock using one of the ruus. They didnt work and failed. Now im stuck in Hboot and have no idea how to restore a rom or anything. I am able to fastboot and all that and my devices bootloader is unlocked. Can anyone help?

The easiest way to revitalize your gadget is to flash in recovery mode any suitable backup. Just instal any custom recovery, mount SD and put recovery in Backup's folder... Flash and enjoy the life!

There is no old back up and there is no data on the Internal memory.
I can not do 'USB Debugging' to get ADB work, because there is no OS to set it on, and phone will not boot.
I have read many forums threads and tried many things and still im stuck at boot screen- HTC
There is a recovery ; clockwork mod recovery v5.0.2.0
How do i get my HTC work, don't care if its Rooted or Non- rooted.
Im sorry this is my first experience with Android.
Hope that you can help me.

What I found out is, that you have to relock the phone

Now we should be able to install a Stock ROM RUU - I am still looking for one that fits.
...and start all over.
What I did to get into this trouble:
- made some experience with an old Motorola Defy and a Samsung Galaxy S3
- got this HTC Desire S with german Telekom branding
- said: " oh no problem, I'll fix you old phone for you." <-- first mistake
- installed the drivers (HTC Sync)
- updated latest android SDK
- used fastboot to unlock <-- second mistake?
- installed ClockworkMod
- rebooted and recognized the T-Branding before the recovery screen coming up
- ignored it <-- third mistake
- OS crash

Maybe if you try running an ICS ruu which might work and stock.

First I would like to thank everybody for taking the time to read this post. I tried to put a ROM on my phone and bricked it. I have tried all that I can to unbrick this phone. Here is what shows up on my screen. No matter what I do I end up with this on the screen.

You should unlock your bootloader and flash a recovery by following the steps here:

Hi, i have a One Mini stuck on fastboot mode . The bootloader is locked and i don't have the disclaimer when i try to unlock. I'm S-ON so what i can try to start this phone ?

When preparing for uploading RUU 3.16 Europe, a friend entered me an order restoring the S-OFF to ON, and now I have a problem with the back to the S-OFF, because I do not have any currently loaded rom.
I can not upload any rom the RUU because I do not have S-OFF.
If you have any suggestions of what to do in this situation, I will be grateful for any help.
