Hi, im about to purchase the Ramos w41 as well, and was also looking around to find out if anyone posted a tutorial for rooting it. So i'm also interested in the answer to the post above this :good: .
On a side note, could you share your experiences with the tablet?
Edit: What would happen if i tried using "Root_with_Restore_by_Bin4ry_v28" to root the tablet? I mean, if it doesn't work, will it have a negative effect? or will it simply not root?

The link you just provided is not working do you have any alternative ways?
Aww I guess this is not a popular tablet
i have the same tablet too
please can someone make a tutorial with this kind of tablet?
it has ICS on-board and 1GB of ram and 8GB if internal memory, pretty much reasonable for a tablet in emerging markets like the Philippines.
I have tried bin4ry's rooting method but it is stcuked on *starting Daemon* thingy.. can you give some advice or alternative methods of rooting a generic ICS device? thank.

Hi Friends,
Sorry to revive an old thread, but posting just in case future owners may need help. I was able to root the Kata T1 using the instructions from this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1967699. See Posts #1 and #9. I rooted it on MS Windows 64-bit.
I also made a YouTube video for it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AbJuaaBXfWU
Hope this helps.

Hi,
Is there someone who can help me with rooting this phone?
I tried every single method I could find but none of them worked :crying:
I have found a way to root the p01d wich is in some aspects a similar phone.
If there would be someone who can help, that would be really great!
And it would help other Panasonic P02D users too because there are already some topics asking for rooting.
Thanks
I want to root mine, too

I've tried this and vroot can't root my device. I have the f-10xhd model, so I'm not sure if it should root or not.
Has anybody else found a way to root this tablet?
I am also interested in rooting this model tablet. Am going to try a few things today, like kingroot, and a few others, see what happens... I did notice in the developer options was OEM unlocking option. Dunno guess its going to take some work of my own to figure it out for once. I'm used to just reading the how-to's myself..
