I'd like to buy a pair of bluetooth headphones for my Desire S, do you recommend them or you think that they can't replace wired ones?
I read that they can be laggy, has anyone experienced that?
Anyone?

THX for your response. I have checked the ones you suggested but they seem to be a bit small for my big head.
In addition, I was looking for something more serious, around 50/70 £.

I'm using my old Nokia Bluetooth Headset BH-503 ever since. True that I've experienced a few millisecond delay. But it's not really a big matter. Works great and sounds perfectly.

I have looked everywhere for a replacement pair of the stock headphones that shipped with the phone. Instead I get a ton of headphones with D700 on it and a bunch of negative reviews.
So I ask you the community, a way for me to accuire a pair of said headphones. Or a good replacement pair that won't break the bank.

Surprisingly, I use a full size sony headphone with ear cushion and notice no decline in battery charge compared to the out of box ear buds. The sound is much better and not too cumbersome. Price? ,,,about $40 but usable on the home stereo also.
i use a pair of meelectronics m11+ that has an inline mic control, these can be picked up for around 30-40
I got a pair similar to the oem headphones, off of Monoprice for a few bucks. They have a half dozen to choose from.

I found the OEM headphones quite terrible sounding. Now I an using UE TripleFi 10vi. It's very natural sounding and it takes advantage of the wolfson WM8994 DAC with voodoo 6 control & audio kernel by supercurio.
Yeah amazon has the best deals for headphones. As long as the title says OEM your good to go. I was about to buy a pair but I'll just wait till my current ones die out on me from sweat or the plug in messing up like all my other headphones. They've lasted quite a while though.
I use the black berry premium that have the music controls on them. However the music controls only bring up your calls list and dial your last number called. Sound is great.

Yeah, the stock Epic 4G headphones are pretty dope on their on... With Voodoo Control. Funny that I ignored them for the first month and a half thinking they were crappy. Wasn't until I checked on forums like this did I see people post positive feedback on them.
I use the headphones from an my touch 4G

What price is braking the bank for you. I could offer up a recommendation for your price range.
Believe it or not I got a pair of skull candies from fred meyer on sale for only $8 and they re great. The stock headphones have a mic though for answering calls. If you just want to jam though, get some skull candies on sale. They are awesome

Since I finally got a high end android device that had enough memory for me to have all the apps I wanted, I find myself listening to Slacker Radio a lot. I'd like to be able to use it in my car but I have an old radio with no AUX capabilities. I could either go with a fm transmitter or a buy a new stereo that has AUX. But I only have one power source so the fm transmitter would need to have a 1amp usb port so that I can charge my phone while I listen to me.
What do you guys recommend? A fm transmitter with a usb port or spend more money and get a new car stereo with AUX?
Any product recommendations for either one?
I personally would like to recommend a new radio with aux and quite possibly a USB port. I currently have a Pioneer AVH-P3200BT, just to give u an idea. In my opinion, FM transmitters suck. Sound quality and fm interference are downers.

That's a little bit out of my price point and more than what I need. I don't need the screen. I'm thinking my limit is around $150

I know you mentioned your price point is around 150. 20 bucks note you can get a stereo with Bluetooth media streaming and that's the best sound you can get besides USB. just stream from your phone to the stereo via Bluetooth

I can go up a bit more. I guess I'll got with Pioneer and get one that has bluetooth. Would that allow me to pause and skip the next song using the stereo buttons without having to do it on the phone itself?
I think I like the Pioneer DEH-P8400BH and its less than $150 on Amazon
Definitly bluetooth!
Any other brand recommendations?

It's been a few years since I've purchased it, but the I the have Jawbone Icon and it works great. Though I have yet to use it on my S4. I mostly bought it to use for long talk sessions with my girlfriend (now wife) so I wouldn't tire of holding the phone. I never wore it out anywhere, just not one of those people. Nor in my truck, as it has built in Bluetooth capability.
Good luck on finding one that is right for you. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
Jabra Sport or Plantronics BackBeat GO 2 (I Have the plantronics BBgo2 , I'm Happy :victory: ).
How is the call quality on the plantronics backbeat? Especially while driving, etc.

I am using the Plantronics Legend. I work on corporate and travel a lot. It has great battery life and excellent soind quality. Also like the gesture and voice features (e.g., pick up to answer). Also good enough to use with Dragon Naturally Speaking transcription software. It just works amazingly well. I upgraded from Jawbone Icon. Would highly recommend.

Call quality its fair, the bb2go it's intended for stereo music listening.
If call quality is your concern, the best is the plantronics voyager pro (mono sound)

Jaybird Bluebuds X, that's what I have work great and last all day. They are expensive $170 but there are some 20% off coupons online I found one and if you buy it on their online store you don't have to pay taxes. At least I didn't.

If you're looking for an A2DP bluetooth stereo headset I really like my LG Tone though one of the earbuds cracked on the seam, but nothing a little superglue won't cure. I've been using it while riding my motorcycle and the sound is crisp and clear though lacking a lot of bass (I like my bass). All in all I'd buy it again.
http://www.amazon.com/LG-Wireless-Bluetooth-Stereo-Headset/dp/B0052YFYFK
the next model up is also available, heard the audio on it is even better though the noise canceling isn't as great as the first one.
http://www.amazon.com/LG-Electronics-Tone-HBS-730-Bluetooth/dp/B009A5204K
just my thoughts.
I use my Bose Bluetooth Headset Series 2 just about every day, all day. I love it. Sound quality is great and the battery life is insane.

Hello there
Im looking for a New headphones for our Z. My main councern is the compatibilty issue. A lot of headphones arent compatible with our Phone and i dont have a clue which headphones i should buy.
I prefer the non-ears protection wireless headphones to the huge ones ( the kind of headphones that cover the ears).
That's it. Any suggestions? Thanks a lot for your help!
