And boy, it's way faster than the previous one.
yeah, I've tested it myself now. Germany says thank you. It looks pretty cool and its fast as well. The only bummer ist the startscreen not loading properly but I think it's because it's not officially out for now.
Try this:
Go to Settings -> Apps -> Downloaded -> Google Play Store.
Then press something like: Force stop.
Then clear cache and after that: clear data.
And then re-open the Google Play Store.
i've just flashed it & must say the layout is horrible & to stock like,it seems to have gone backwards,i will stick to the previous version

Clearing Cache, data, force stop doesn't help. Have tried it also.
Just need it themed to blue

I made my fist mode and try it my s-off t-mobile sensation 4g (stock rom).
It's working good but I'm not responsible if it cause problems on your phone.
1) clockwork backup before trying it (just in case)
2) Copy to your SD card and flash in clockwork recovery.
3) Clear Cache and Dalvik Cache.
4) Boot up

it will run on background and ear momory even small, better to replace...

Heres 3.1.6 it works great on my optimus . You need to replace Vending.apk in system/app because it wont install like a standard app ;( so rename the download to Vending.apk and copy it to the system/app folder and overwrite the old version then set these perms:

Works but...
Works for me just as good (or bad) as the 3.15. But I don't see any big changes after all those minor updates, and it is still not as fast and smooth as the very old market but at least it looks nicer.
I did, now I did it a second time and let it be for a few minutes. Works now

im going to make a update.zip for this so it runs a script to remove all traces of any other market versions.
I was an idiot....
The problem has solved. Becuse of /system/bin/Vending.odex
Works very fine now after delete that file
Solved all of my force close and performance issues with 3.1.5.
Here's a flash-able zip for anyone that would rather do it that way...
There has been some concern about the signing of this apk. I did not find this, only made it into a flashable zip.
Download at your own risk.
I have personally had zero issue with this market version and it has actually relieved all performance and force closes issues I had with previous versions

Yeah ofcourse also cleared cache dalvik cache etc
Its fine reading the comments on the app page but once you open the comments section you can't see the writing
Its just a couple little bits that need tweaking but awesome work so far

Mine works fine. Try to clear data in Settings/Applications/Google Play Store and restart Google Play.
Might be a beta considering that JB is not even out yet.
I did the wipes, didn't help. Didn't notice any difference anyway, so went back to 3.5.19.
As for Jelly Bean, it is out for the takju Galaxy Nexus...
So how do you get the brand new Google Play Store inverted back to Black? Here’s how! If you’ve already updated to the new Play Store v4.0.25 you need to go into Settings > Apps > Google Play Store and uninstall the update first. This will take you back to the old version. Then proceed to flash the below file in recovery.
Instructions:
– Download the zip (click here)
– Boot into recovery and flash the zip (named BlackMarket4.0.25.zip)
– Reboot and enjoy!
If it doesn’t work, use a file explorer that can view system files and make sure your Store is named Phonesky.apk instead of Vending.apk in /system/apps. Rename it if needed and reboot, then follow instructions above.

I downloaded it from the phones browser. Reboot into CMW, flash zip (should be in the download folder), reboot. I haven't had any problems. It only changes the colors of the new Play Store (4.0.25) and not gapps.

Mine did, too, but I just deleted the update and it went back to the black theme. There will probably only be an update to the theme if there's like, a significant change to the play store.
