[Q] can i get he miui camera???

hey.. i have been trying out the miui roms and i kinda hated them! but the one thing i did like is the camera... (brainmaster's rom)
inside the zip file of the rom i have find the camera apk file... but for some reason i cant install it on other roms like superosrV2 or NsCollab..
what can i do?

You can't install it because it is a system application. If you download a program like 7zip or WinZip (assuming you're on a windows machine) you can go into the zip files for those roms and replace the camera app in /system/app/ with the MIUI one. Alternatively you can push it to that file via ADB or a terminal app but I've never had much success with those.

here try this just install like a normal app off sd card. this should work with any 2.3 roms

Yea the miui camera 17 apk works.

Oh I didn't try yours I had found that same apk for a friend that wanted it before so I was speaking from experience. But it was nice of you to post it for them.

+1. I had to remove my stock camera apk, and move the miui one over via root explorer is it me or does the miui camera take better quality pictures?

probably i'm the first to say that the apk has an issue when coming back from the gallery. as every one knows camera apps got a thumbnail linked to the gallery. in this camera app when coming back from the gallery of choice the app brutally force close instead of re-open.
really strange issue.
IMHO in the original rom there's no such a bug of this kind. am i right?

Asphalt 7 Unlock All Hack?

Someone published an app to the play store that enabled everything on asphalt 7 but it looks like google removed the app? does anyone know where i can get this app from now?

If you google the devloper (JB DEV ANDROID) it seems like he took all his apps offline... since it was a paid app I guess that the only way is to try to get in touch with the developer.
But maybe this hack on xda will be enough?

That hack method does not work on my official Google play version, titanium backup does not see the backup data?

I got the asphalt 6 unlocker, and it finally makes the game worth playing, so wish I could find the same thing for Asphalt 7.

As you are rooted
Download the attached file and extract it to phone
Go to:
"data/data/com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftA7HM/files"
And replace "profile_0" with "profile_0" in my attachment.
Now you should have 415 stars and everything unlocked and unlimited money

Because it hasn't been optimized for the one S already. Like the gameloft games in the beginning. Cm let's the playstore think you have a nexus device, that's the reason why you can just update Google now via playstore on cm.
EDIT: well the last sentence could be wrong, but its aosp, so.... Anyways it hasn't been optimized for the hos. You can change some lines in the build prob so that it is a Samsung device like the galaxy note or the nexus.
