i have edited my vold.fstab file and now my internal memory and external one have been swapped but the problem is tht NOW i cant install any apps to my sd card nor cann i transfer it to my sd card.plz help

I managed to use a microSD card as internal memory and my transformer runs as smooth as possible.
But I have one big problem: The original internal memory is gone.
I can use the microsd card as described, but no internal memory ( 16GB ) is shown as sd-card.
What can I do?
I have a rooted Samsung Galaxy S2 running CyanogenMod 11 and 4.4.4 Kit Kat
The S2 is advertised to have 16gb internal memory (only 14gb is usable), however when I check under "Storage" in the settings, the 14gb of usable memory is divided in two. 2gb is internal memory, and 12gb is sd card memory. I didn't even put an sd card in the phone yet.
Is there a way to merge both partitions so that I have all 14 gigabytes as internal memory?
I'd appreciate any help, and if you require more info about my phone, just ask me Thanks everyone.

I was wondering, once an sd card is "internal" formatted can it be used as internal on another Android device? Or does it have to be reformatted by the new Android device?
I'm giving up the Moto X Pure 16gb with 3gb of ram for the lg v10 for 64 gb onboard storage and 4gb of processing ram and just wondering if anyone else has tried transferring internally formatted sd cards to other marshmallow running Android devices.

I use LineageOS 17.1, I have a 32gb sandisk microsd card and 16 gb internal storage but I couldn't find how to extend it. Can anyone help me? I wanna install apps such as COD Mobile on my microsd card because i dont have space on my 16 gb internal storage.
