I have tried all Jelly bean ROMs for HTC Inspire, i.e. JellyTime, Unofficial CM10.1, Dirty Unicorn. All of these ROMs become very laggy after a week or so.
Is it just me??
If not, anyone knows of any solution?
Try booting into recovery and clearing cache and dalvik and see if that helps any. Good luck.

tried.. that helps for a bit.. I have this app called LagFix, it can clear cache without the need to go to recovery.
Yesterday, I found the stock 4.2 launcher. That seems to be working much faster.
Thanks
Have you tried installing greenify and seeder from the market?

Update:
I think I have found the solution. It actually is the launcher. I have been using Dirty Unicorn rom with the stock JB 4.2 launcher. It is as fast and responsive as you'd like it to be (well, almost). Got rid of holo and nova launchers..

Wrong topic! --> Q&A
You are using stock ics now right?
I recommended the CM Roms because stable and fast.
The CM9 (ICS) works well in the tablet.
The CM10 (JB) really near the perfect. I prefer this, I no have problem with this ROMS, (just some little problem with the autobrightness and some problem with navigation buttons, i hope it will solve soon)
I not tired yet AOKP, i think works well also.
As posted above, questions should be posted in Q&A forums, not Development forums.

I tried the cm10 but the home page is not on portrait mode or cant be rotated?. And there is no playstore, otherwise I would like it. Is it the same with cm9?
Sent from my GT-P3113 using xda app-developers app
I prefer the stock ROM coz it has mini apps & bunch other functionality.
CM9 is good, designed for tablet, but no better (in terms of functionality) than Stock Rom
CM10 is not ready yet, the nightly is just plain ugly.

Yes i prefer cm10 for tablet rotation try setting/display/rotation and tick all options
You could try also a launcher as nova, apex, holo or go launcher hd and check setting of the launcher to enable rotation
Also read reports about aokp working goooood in this tab 3113
I prefer custom roms as no bloatware and nearly zero bugs in this tab and speed increase , i use now cm10 and go launcher hd and so happy
Regarding store not found, i think you forget to flash google apps, if in cm10 try gapp jb, if in cm9 try gapps ics from www.teamhacksung.org

So I've flashed a couple ROMs and I'm having bad luck with them. I've tried everything possible to fix the issues and no luck. So I'm just curious to see what ROMs everyone else is using and what setup they have so I can try them out. Thanks!!

I'm currently running jelly beans build 5 by beanstown and loving it. I just flashed imo's lean kernel 1 so I will see how that goes but I give this ROM 2 thumbs up. What type problems are you having. Are you doing full wipes and are you on the latest radios. If it is the media drain for the battery you have to let it all settle in. I always do a full wipe flash the ROM then reboot. I then wait 5 to 10 min after it first loads before I even touch it. Then I set it all up. Hope this helps some
Been running Liquid Smooth for a day and love it. May I am glad I came back to Android from iSheep.

JB factory image would be ideal for stability I think but unfortunately availability is limited right now.

I was running beans5 too. i loved it as well. it is almost like the perfect marriage of aosp and TW.( you have the TW features with the aosp appearence) only my phone kept locking with sms. so i am running galaxymod now and it is great.
I've flashed beans town build 5 I've tryed aokp,cm10,jelly wiz, and all them either had static while making calls or WiFi not working right or when I use certain apps it will open the app then just close out of the apps...before I flash them I do a factory reset then wipe cache/delvik cache then flash ROM and after phone boots up I let it set for 10 to 15 mins...and then I'll go back into recovery and wipe cache/delvik cache then do a fix permission and nothing seems to work.

And I've tryed liquid smooth. I'm just looking for something that's official that I can use as a daily...I've got sick of all the issues and just flashed the official OTA de-odexed jellybean 4.1.1 update

Have you tried flashing the latest radio? Are you restoring apps+data with Titanium Backup or another app or just apps?
I'm using Synergy R125 with Leankernel TW JB 1.0 using the latest radio and rpm, and stability and battery life are both excellent.
When I flashed the latest release I did the first clean flash I've done in a while when flashing the same ROM (overdue for it), I only restored apps (no data) from TiBu with a few exceptions. Also, though it won't help the issues you've had, I moved everything from my SD card to my computer, formatted the card, cleaned out some stuff and then coppied everything back to the SD card.
CleanROM?
How you guys get good battery life on CleanROM 5? It's a battery drain for me and it isn't the media server issue...
Been on Beans Build 5 for a week and it has been great. Battery life good as well. Couple of issues with Google Play Music, but other than that, Love it!
Beans build 5 with imo's lK 1.0 and I just got 18 hours of battery with 4 hours screen time and I was at 32%. I can't ask for anything more than that. I am very happy with this set up.

My only hangup is that it's waaay quick. The fast animations are just fine but sometimes I do what I'm not trying to do... Does that make sense to anyone?
I get the best battery and I like the green. Synergy is awesome with similar battery but the Aroma installer and what I can pick is the lock!
Bob--
OK. Here's my problem and I really need help. I am using Freehand CM10 theme on my G2x with JB. Only problem is, since I am using the theme, I can't use the ICS Fixer, which means 35% of my apps are still gingerbread themed. Why? I checked on other phones and those apps are themed towards the phones os and colors. So why isn't mine JB themed? Help please?
PS: I tried combining the themes, but it always has a flaw in it like ICS doesn't show in twitter or the other apps etc..
Sent from my LG-P999 using xda app-developers app
I don't think you can use CM10
What do you mean? I have CM10 jellybean for G2x on my phone though? The rom is called something different though Idk? I just dont get why Twitter looks like a gingerbread app

Re Flash ?
Did u try to reflash your mobile with the Custom ROM ?
May be it can help, I think the ROM itself is based on GingerBread ?
Well I flashed it through CWM and my system and the other 65% of my apps are JB themed. But yet twitter, Snapchat are GB themed so maybe they developed it that way? Idk. I mean if I flash it again I lose all my data so I don't really feel like doing that ATM.

Yes may be you are right, i will have a look at the ROM, pass me its name and I will see what I can do.

Thanks so much for trying to help guys but I figured out that certain apps are developed for the certain OS of that phone and what its stock version is. My phones stock is 2.3.4, not 4.0.4 or 4.1.1. Which I use. Therefore when using CM10 which usually you use for a higher version, you need a theme called JB Fixer/ICS Fixer. I have to use this in order for it to work. The system is obviously themed as are some apps like Facebook, Google apps, etc. because they are ICS themed apps. So, if using an ICS+ OS you get ICS themed. That's what I observed. Thanks for trying and I did get tired of the freehand theme anyway, so its all good ?

I really think the new touchwiz is 10X better than the stock Touchwiz 4 on the blaze. Since the new Samsung relay is very similar to our device, is a port possible? I just want Touchwiz 5 on the Blaze. Cm10 has too many bugs, random reboots, etc. ICS on the blaze is a little too sluggish for my liking.
Come on guys i really want to see this happen!
They're not similar and there's not much development for the relay. There's a link for the new TW in the themes and apps section... it's not perfect but it works well enough.

Hey man, I've been using CM10 on my blaze for a few months, and ever since like... The November or December nightlies I haven't had ANY random reboots. The only bugs I've had were fixed by simply backup, wipe caches, and re flash. Cause by flashing updates too much I guess But give it some thought... cm10 isn't what it used to be...
Also, Blaz3r is okay if you want more of the touchwiz experience. But I hate touchwiz. Hate it. So I haven't used it enough to know if it's buggy.

official ICS 4.0.4 i haven't installed anything yet and the phone is rooted
I would recommend flashing one of the many awesome Jelly Bean 4.2.2 options. Sons of Android, Slim Bean and CM 10.1 (though I heard some murmurings that there were MMS difficulties for some people on the recent nightlies) are all fantastic options. Besides being super fast and customizable, they are receiving updates all the time to improve stability and add new features. If you prefer more stock software there is an official Jelly Bean ROM from our Northern Neighbor the i7272R up in Canada, eh.
Hope that helps.
EDIT: I'm sure there are other fantastic options out there, but Sons of Android, CM and Slim Bean (onlychevys' build) are the three options that I have used extensively.
I would recommend you do a factory reset in recovery. BUT, backup all your apps and settings first. I'm guessing you're not rooted so that could be a problem. I recommend titanium backup but you need to be rooted.
