It's "iba revistas" by "Editora Abril SA". It's free, but I can't get it any of my devices, probably cause it's only for tablets, I guess.

Disclaimer: i didn't mod. this app. in any way, just found it on internet and felt like sharing .

It downloads according to default resolution of the phone(for us 240x320) from the youtube servers.

Im using RLS7 and both installed fine.
Only issues i find is photo editor modifies image size when edits are made
and any edits to video also reduce quality

yes, its pretty neat.. you can pinch to zoom in your email, swipe a mail to archive it..
in playstore you can edit your ALL app list and remove the unwanted apps lying there..
also theres a My Wishlist option for apps, but i dunno how that will work..
