Hi everyone i have an MTK6575 (Micromax A25) based device running android 2.3.6. Could anyone help me in rooting this device pls.
I have read searched through this forum for flashing MTK6575 based devices and found a lot of useful stuffs but none of them seem to
work with this device that's why i have created a new thread. I need help regarding the following error.
"Android partition size changed"
I have also attached a screen shot below. Pls help...!

recently i have bought a chinese android voice v850 Which is based on android os v 2.3.6 Gingerbread,I want to get it rooted so i can install custom ROMs and other things etc... it is A MTK 6573 device i have tried all the procedures but nothing helped so i joined this forum so somebody can help me out

mtk tools+windows drivers->cwr->superuser.zip and done

Hi, recently i bought a Lenovo A316 from China.
I tried to find a custom ROM for this device, to flash with SP flash tool, but I cannot find it on all internet.
Only I have found the Stock ROM (With Chinese APPS and only English and China languages. I need Spanish).
The Stock ROM can be flashed without problems (I have made it and works)
There are a lot of upgrading ROMs in ZIP, but for this, is necessary to have CWM recovery installed.
The problem is that this device have a UBI file system and is not possible to install with MTK droid tools. (I tried but the program doesn't works with this type of file system)
The best solution will be If anybody have a custom rom (In spanish to flash with SP tools) or can port to this model other (I see there is customs ROMS of other models like A390). I also try to use the Android Kitchen but I'm newer and have not obtained any positive result.
I know that is more easy to give away this phone and buy another (my headache should cure) but I'm so pigheaded and never give up.
In this forum there are few questions about similar problems with this model but I don't see a solution at all.
Please, can somebody help me!!

Hi, I accidentally erased Android system files on my phone and it stopped working. I have a Chinese replica of the Samsung Galaxy S4 mini mobile device. My cell phone was manufactured by Mediatek. MTK6572 GT-I9190 with entrance to a single SIM card. I would return it to factory mode with android 4.2. One would, if possible, teach me how to reinstall the android 4.2 operating system and send me the files needed for this?

It's about (nearly) the same issue.
You can also check this thread: [UTIL][WIN][MT65xx] MTK Droid Root & Tools | MediaTek Android Smartphone ... but it's for developers only.

Hello,
I have rooted my android device "Micromax Canvas Knight A350" and after rooting it I tried to install "Google Camera" and made it my system app. After rebooting my android device I found that my camera started showing this error, I tried to find many videos and have also read out many threads from your site but nothing helped me out so please someone fix my problem because I am not able to use it any more.
