Need help to repair my phone (Miro) - Sony Xperia Miro, Tipo (Dual), J, E

Hello all. I have a problem with the phone. Sony Xperia st23i I understand it miro. In general, the essence of this - the phone fell into the water and leaving it. You put the battery back - constant vibration. The same vibration when connected to a PC. When you insert the battery for a split second diode button cabin lights and all. Day 4 is a corpse. First aid in the form of drying has been provided. I have an idea about the constant vibration, jammed after water on the fly (Cap does not sleep in me). Who has the solution? And how do you think - carry it in for repair or itself can be dismantled ... Had to deal with repairs. Personally repaired motorola (c650, v3, v3i), nokia (n73, H70, 5530), sony errisson

Sorry to hear your Magician has gone bad...
Of course you can buy a replacement screen, but it's rather expensive and a true heartbreaker if it still doesn't work. I think your best bet is to take it to a professional and have it checked out. Only then will you find out what has happened and how expensive it will be.
Normally, if you drop your phone in water, you should just pull the battery right away and let the phone dry in room temperature for at least 24 hours, before trying to power it up again. Be careful of hairdriers and radiators, which might turn a bad thing worse. Don't ever try to disassemble until you know for a fact that it is the last option.
Thanks for your responce..i think i should sent the phone to qtek service centre....

Hello.
I was looking for some help with my Xperia J, i recently dropped and smashed this phone and it no longer it accessible.
I need to get the internal data from this phone as i have audio and video files which are very important to me, i have been able to gain a second hand Xperia J that has a cracked screen, i transferred over the internal board from my broken xperia to this second hand phone i now have but it does not seem to be able to start up when i try power it on? . Ive connected the phone to my PC but the computer fails to recognize the phone. can any one plese help me on this issue or maybe inform me of a way to recover these files.
Thank You
I guess that the smash caused some electronic component to fail..
And are you sure you replaced the screen on the board correctly.
And did you see something missing on the board?
Does the led lights up when you connect the charger? Does the phone vibrate if you press the power button,,,?!
More info buddy.maybe someone could help..
hit thanks if I helped you,
don't say it.....

stock deodexed cleaned Rom.....
Use Wondershare mobile to go bro
Sorry
Ok my bad for the lack of information.
I replaced the screen correctly because i later removed it and put original parts back in new phone to check and make sure it was still working.
Then i put the board i need to work in and nothing happens. ?
When i plug the phone into the wall socket and check with electric tester it is live.
When i use the PC i get no response.
Ive tried doing the power up and volume up - power down volume down - power on it's own and nothing happens.
I do not receive led lights when the buttons are pressed nor do i receive a vibrate.
The only thing that looks damaged on the board is the Gold battery receivers, they have bent and are a little squashed.
If i have left any information out that could help please ask
I also would like to say that i have 2 phones 1 completely dead and 1 with a cracked screen.
I transfered the completely dead phones internal board to the cracked screen phone >
That might be it...
The golden legs carries the power from battery to the board.. So if you could use some copper wire or something to make proper contact with battery,it might work,,, tell me if it does
Hit the thanks button instead of telling it....
thank you

[Completed] Neo L drowned. Please help !!!!

Guys, I am in deep worries for putting my Xperia Neo L into a bucket full of water. But I instantly took it removed the battery and made it dry for a day. Also I used hair dryer for it.
But still I cannot get it back alive. But when I press and hold the power button, the led light blinks white & turns to red and is stuck at that. nothing seems to be going on in the lcd screen. But when i press the power button again a small vibration happens and the phone gets turned off.
Please help guys. Is there any way I can do to bring it back, Will the Sony service center aid me in repairing a drowned phone ?

This seems like a hardware fault to me.
You can take it to sony thought and they might be able to assist you.
Also sometimes credit card and extended warranty will cover such destruction. Of course that depends on if you used a credit card with such features or have an extended warranty that covers water damage...
Cheers.

Screen won't turn on but responsive to touch after water damaged. (xperia J)

So, a few days ago I accidentally dropped my Xperia J into water. Then, I took it and dry it using towel. I opened the case, battery, SIM, and SDcard. After that I put it into uncooked rice for 1 and half day. Then, I tried to turn on the phone. The phone is turned on but the screen isn't. But it is responsive to touch because I can unlock it (my phone is locked in pattern and I memorize it). I can also touch the home button and the sound button work fine too. So my problem is, I cannot see anything in the screen. It is just like I never turn on the phone. Should I let it into rice for a few days more? Or is there any electric shock in the phone? How can I fix this? Thanks.
No one replied my problem? It's been a week, I'm still waiting for someone to help. But no response :/
Maybe no one knows. My guess is that you damage the digitalizer, so you need to replace it or go to mobile repair shop.
Good Luck!

I turned it on and the screen it's working, but SIM Card not and when I lock the phone after a few minutes the phone turns off by itself...
Right now I'm on Linux ROM on locked bootloader, should I install stock ROM before send it to the Sony repair service?

Restore the phone to stock and send it to Sony, it may be a gamble if you have unlocked the bootloader before however. Make sure it doesn't die while restoring!

It doesnt really matter if it die or not its water damaged anyway.. They should replace or repair it

Depending on your repair center there could be charges
if it dies, in opinion, if under warranty, it would be good for you.
Lots of people have a waterdamaged Z3 after contact with water allthough it is advertised as a waterproof Phone ??
A friend of mine took it's Z3 to the pool to take some pictures in the water and killed the lcd after some pictures.
Not so waterproof after all.
In your case your motherboard got damaged, the motherboard probably gets so hot from the shortened components it shuts itself down. Is the back of the Phone really hot just before it powers off ?
Water itself doesn't kill your Phone, it is water in combination with courant.
The biggest fault most people make when there Phone had a contact with water is trying to power it back on to see if it is still working.
The Phone powers itself off to protect the motherboard from damage when it is short circuit by water.
By trying to power it back on immediatly after the waterdamage , you put courant on the shortened circuit and most likely burn out a component.
Best way to threat a Phone after waterdamage is to take it apart as far as possible and put the parts on a hot plate ( or other heat source) at about 55 degrees Celsius for half an hour.
Afterwards clean away the waterresidu with IPA and a toothbrush before re-assembling the Phone.
Grtz...
