I like to use Whatsapp plus which I can customize..
But am not able to get it from given download link.. It's always fails..
Is there any other mirror for it..?

Can Someone please provide the Apk for the Kik Messenger ? Even I try to get it off the Market it says it cannot be found. I tried having the link emailed, google etc..

There are some variants of the Plus version. There is one on this website - link below:

There are also other variants, such as Holo, Apk4.00d, and some others.
There is also a step-by-step installation guide here:

Basically, it will be:
1. Backup your Whatsapp messages
2. Uninstall the original version
3. Install the Plus version
4. Restore your backed-up messages
5. You may need to re-verify when you re-connect to Whatsapp website.
