After i unlock boatloader and rooted my phone ,my 3g got a problem .I can in google store but cant download the application and got this msg "error to download" ...sry for my bad english.I use xperia j with latest update from update centre.

Hi all, my tipo is rooted and its got in the notification bar to update to 11.0.A.4.22, if I updated would it mess the phone up being its rooted. It has no custom rom on it.

Yes, you may lose root. You can root again using unlockroot.
Or flash the new firmware with flashtool, without wiping cache or data.

Hi there. I plugged the phone in but when it gets to updating on the sony software update page the phone shuts down and it stays on updating for a couple minutes then comes up with phone update error saying sony update engine failure error 100, any ideas??

I had a similar problem, couldn't update my tipo through the phone directly, I did it with PC Companion.

updating firmware through flashtool is safer...
I installed CM10 using http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2159103 .
But now i am unable to connect to any network 2G/3G.
Please help.
Install CM10 using ICS firmware otherwise your gsm will not working

Yh i can confirm this, had the same problem with a friends phone yesterday, Flashed ICS FTF and then it was all good. Changing brightness didn't work though.
couple of days before i have updated through software update and then
my network comes for some time after restarting then goes away!
I cant figure out this problem!
Currently using TIPO ST21i non rooted
with official 4.0.4

I dont about SUS but
what I have done is
i used SETTINGS>xPERIA>PC COMPANION
and update was fully completed
then the problem start

yeah i tried...but pc companion couldn't detect my mobile as mobile is not switching on....it just stop on the sony logo screen with pink color led light(not red)...!!!
Why not u try again flash the tft ,

Me too faced this, install latest flashtool and the issue will be resolved :laugh:
I hv 4.2.2 rooted s2 plus from 2 months but from last 15 days I cant access play store.it says no connection.i unistalled the updates from app maneger.but not working plz help

Force playstore close.
Clear playstore data
Start playstore again.
