Hi guys,
I have been wondering.
Is there a way (theme, mod, .apk) that I could have a white themed Play Store (ie. white background with green accents)?
Is there a way to get the Android Settings in white (with maybe dark grey fonts)?
Thanks in advance
See white play store here

Hallo! I have a Europe version of the Moto G and was wondering when the update will came(I heard that the update for other countries will come somewhere end January); Do I get the transparent notification bar and the buttons? And the "Google Experience Launcher"? Do I need to download the apk?
I tried it (on 4.3) but did not get any transparent bar.

I just flashed the US KitKat to my Tesco UK Moto G today, and the notification bar is now transparent with white icons
Here's is a quick screenshot
It is transparent on the homescreen but in other apps it will become black again. The google experience launcher is Nexus 5 only but there are ones like it on the play store that you can install like any other app or if rooted you can find it around XDA and flash it

You do not need to be rooted to sideload the GEL APK.

Does anyone know a way to get a system-wide pure black "theme"? So surfing google, text would be white and background would be pure black instead of white. Inverting is halfway but really annoying at the homescreen.

I just stumbled across this thread, and I'm confused because I searched for the black marble theme, and it shows up in the app store, but says it's only for sony xperia phones and this is a samsung S6 thread.
Can you clarify please?
I haven't owned a HTC prodiced phone since Nexus One and wanted to know if it's possible to theme the phone black, as in black settings, black dialer, black notification area, etc? Not a big fan of white background...
i would imagine so, HTC has a theme store with a ton of different options where you can pretty much change anything, icons, text, dialer/messages backgrounds etc...
No HTC theme system isn't as deep integrated like Samsung or LG. It won't theme the settings or the notification area. Dialer, message app etc can be theme through the theme store.

This is correct. I received the phone today and I've found no evidence of being able to change notifications/dialer etc to black. In the theme store you can change wallpapers, icons, and some other things only.

You tried using substratum rootless option? Works on most phones which are running android 8.0 Oreo ?
I hope it will be possible. Just pre-ordered one. Would be nice if it's rootable and if skins can be bought for it. Hate cases...
Is there any way to change the color of the pull down shade to a color other than white? I've tried a few launchers but it doesn't do what I want. Thanks in advance, and if this has already been addressed elsewhere please direct me there, but I couldn't find anything on it.

If your on Oreo and have root access, try out substratum and swift dark/black from the Google play store
If no root, then get substratum + Andromeda.... Works fine to change the white color
Is there a place to download themes for the oppo?
ones that include change in the background of the notification bar etc?
I can see a theme section in settings and it says downloaded themes. Though not where to download them from
Yep ! +1 !
I put some themes (that found on the Oppo Find X section) manually in the "Themes" folder on the internal memory but no success, they didn't appears on the themes settings in the phone. It looks like there's no official Theme Store like for the previous Oppo Phones.... don't know why they removed it
There was definitely a theme store for the Australian versions of the phone it's called mytap theme store it also has a magazine lock with different wallpapers on the lock screen but since downloading euro firmware that all disappeared which is weird.

was that just wallpapers and icons? or did it change the Notification bar background etc?
It's strange that the Settings background is a nice flat black. Though the notification background is an ugly grey.

Yeah it was just icons and wallpapers. You can't change the notification panel.
It's not that bad though
