I have a Motorola Razr HD updated to JB 4.1.1 operator ORANGE France.Now I wanna update the phone at JB 4.1.2. Can I flash a different rom like Vodafone France or Retail France/Retail Central Europe? Thank you

No but you should use European images only (I recommend retail or SFR 4.1.2 which have very nice performance)

I have been using my MZ601 in Spain, France and Romania on 3G with no problems using the EOS ICS version 1.0. This ROM have proven to be a major improvement in lot's of ways over the stock 3.2 version. I assume that the 3G in the UK functions the same as the rest of Europe?

I have been using EOS ICS version 1.0 in the UK and it works fine on the O2 network so I guess any other operator will work too.
The only problem is that my device doesn't seem to be able to go to deep sleep with it which means that I am charging the battery all the time.
I am looking for a HC 3.2 rom to go back to after having tried a lot of nightlies as well.
Anybody got ATRIX 2 ICS update for Asia Retail (India) ???

In www.sammobile.com only have 4.1.2 to Asian countries.

You should be fine.
With stock MD3 firmware, English and SE Asian languages are supported. You may have to manually enter your local telco 3G data APN though.

not available in the dual sim moto g from ausralia either. does anybody know if the 4.4.2 update has been released for the dual sim variant at all?

There is no german language in the dual sim versions.
But you can try "morelocale 2" to get at least installed apps back to german.

I was using the Lollipop version 5.0.2, but I did downgrade to 4.4.4 KitKat
I could not install the Brazil Retail version, so I opted for the Asia Retail.
Is there any difference between them? (I'm live in Brazil)
