Hi,
It has been 3 days since I flashed Neat ROM lite from this
thread for my SGS2. There are almost no issues till now except for some lag every time I reboot my phone and the annoying thing that auto-rotation does not seem to work. Even with the button, it does not work. I have tried everything from calibration to changing the property in feature.xml.
Anything I need to do, am I missing something?
Below are the details:
Kernel version: 3.0.31-863787
ROM: NeatROM Lite v4.4 XXMS1

Me too so it's almost nothing regarding the hardware of the phone...

Yes, from India. I guess it's related to the ROM. I read on some other forum that this problem has always been there with NeatROM.

How do i get a2sd work? I installed it but cant use, it says that 1)i have no root or 2)no ext partition or 3)no a2sd script. But its rooted and i have sd partition, so how do i install script?

I installed CyanogenMod 7.2.0 RC5.3 on S5670XWKQ2 (2.3.4). Camera don't work. Portrait appears as horizontally, and portrait and horizontally as portrait. Screenshot don't work.
Any1 installed a2sd? I installed script in cwm, than this app, it works fine, but after restart i get force close and my installed apps force close too.

Pheew! Yet another one of the best ROM I've every used! Awesome job Sir Ankkdroid! n_n Phone feels like an 1ghz device. xD Anyways here's some cleaning to do:
Calibration of accelerometer = rotation issue.
Camera won't work even if I try using a 3rd app
Music stutters when doing something or idle (Is it my memory card?)
overall, I think that's the only issues I've found so far. Any alternatives for A2SD? Suggestions..hmm...how bout a sweet 834mhz kernel? xD Keep up the good work bud!

Just The included kernel for now otherwise many FCs and the os will not start propably .
N900p no data (could be my snotty signal), but definitely WiFi force closes when selecting access point

Good work buddy. Does Spen, Samsung Apps, S health works in this ROM ?
When i try to tap on yun os language and input it force closes
And no data on sprint. It has the 4g and bars with the word sprint but nothing
All fcs because of Original Keyboard because i have removed it . I will include it in next update till i find a solution for that annoying thing.
Otherwise if u want to get Yun OS language working u Must change the system language from english US to other one from g00h language picker after that it will let u enter yun os language and input.
I have not tried any of stock Samsung Stock app .
I totaly dont like this ROM but i just wanted to share it with u guys.

Settings force close when try to log in into Google accounts too. Check on that bro. ROM looks nice. Maybe it will be better when FCs are solved

ok i installed it booting fine i found no bugs,will keep searching ,and if i changed language to english some apps still show Chinese language. so its a good rom just need performance improvement

I dont know what happned....in the middle of installing process....screen went blank, phone booted and stuck on samsung logo....the I again went into recovery and searched the zip but it said unable to mount sdcard...then I flashed previous rom.....and saw that....internal sd card is shining clean:laugh:
I think the file got broken during download....I will download again...

His port is completely fair, as he specified that it is an updated version. Your port nd his port, both are unofficial so in case of that another port is allowed.
If someone posted an Official version nd then after him someone posts unofficial then that's wrong nd not allowed. But since both of you have done unofficial works so it's fine.
AICP, RR, AOSP can't be posted anymore since it has official support but all other roms can be ported & posted by anyone with updates.
Even you posted RR 5.7.1 based on MShoaib's work.

atleast i debloated the rom and edited a bit not like him just using someones help and betraying them after

pleaseeeeee help...ring tone not working also all other tunes,,like alaram tone,screen touch,sound and other sounds,,,only music player have sound,,,,but no sound when i got call from others and not hear ring tones plz plz help
After a lot of try with another datafix including #petbede datafix, my phone doesn't regconize SIM and cannot registered network.
If it has, always show "System UI has stopped".
i just sent a little of time and make datafix for my phone, and thanks god, it's worked. I want to share with all of you.

I flash the rom with your procedure but when i reboot the rom and click on the app drawer now the phone has rapidly power off and not on with power button until I connect the charger plz give me any solution to resolve this? sory for my bad eng!

UI mod: undo round corners tweak & removes Chinese lunar date from expanded status bar.

Did you follow the instruction in OP ? Just update kernel to Ram kernel to RC 3 or clean install the rom, flash all zip file i had told in OP.

i just update some link, trying download and reflash again.This rom work flawless and i use it for daily use.
I just ask one more question which bootloader required for this rom and the video player icon not showing in apps ? How to enable this? Once again thanks brother for helping me.

bootloader and modem version : DQC1 or newer.
The video library apk has been removed from the rom, if you want to play video, open gallery and click on it, Video player will running. If you want video library appeared in app drawer again, try downloading on apk mirror and install it like a normal app.
