If you scroll down in the themes and apps section you can find a touchwiz launcher with the libs that you can install yourself. It's really easy. That would get you a good start.

I'm gonna make a touchwiz Rom with extra touchwiz. And then maybe a side of touchwiz. And after I'm done I'm gonna delete it because touchwiz sucks.
